Isn't it because it got destroyed and everyone forgot about Radiant Garden so they just named it Hollow Bastion?

I guess that's good enough, but I was just thinking about how kairi is in hollow bastion in kh1, but it seems she's sent off before it's ever destroyed in MoM

Ya know what’s messed up? DDD also uses KH2’s Dearly Beloved Reprise, but you can’t fully immerse yourself in the music, because the end screen forces you to listen to your most used Dream Eater repeating the same noises over and over.
