Does it include name change during the song or is there a list that shows which sings have been changed?

There's a list included in the link at the very bottom after the installation instructions

But basically, any song that has the label of "Kingdom Heart/Final Mix" or "Kingdom Hearts II/Final Mix" will be replaced

for the Days and KH3 tracks, you'll have to look at the list to see what's replaced

you don't need to have any specific version as we just share our scores in the discord server. basically, you're matched with a player, choose a song, play at the same time and then report back with the score to determine winner of the match. its an honor system but its all for fun anyways
