I haven't found an English version of this news so I'll translate: basically, Epic accuses Google of paying phone constructors so they'll use the Play Store on their phones and they (Epic) think it's not good because it's therefore forcing a monopoly.
In other words, they are complaining that Google do exactly what they themselves do.

Well they put out an update that makes the series x version do 60 so I wouldn't see why not
