Man Shido for Vanilla was tough, firetruck his Palace too.
Not having a safe room in the mice area's was real irritating

that area everyone says is hard but i found it pretty easy just used the smoke bomb or w.e that made all enemys go to sleep

It wasn't difficult to traverse, but if you die having to go back to the previous area and start all over sucked.
Only happened a few times for me though.

I prefer what they did with Akechi's fight in Royal more, the dialogue there was far better.
It was still a great sequence in Vanilla, but Royals had more impact with its dialogue.
