Zack had to kill Angeal. He visits bc of course he wants to spend time with her but he's just sobbing there and she just quietly comforts him

I'm pretty sure the ending of season 2 had a scene showing

someone that looked like lelouch still alive as the very last scene

but it was never confirmed. then they had a movie or two after the show but i never watched them
