I think it's up on switch? Apparently there's a pre-order bonus where you get all of Neku's clothes as outfits to use in the game.

I preordered on PS4. You get an Avatar pack for PSN and the Neku Gear is supposed to be higher tier gear that is available later in the game but you get to use it at the start for buying the game early. Which gives you a boost in the early game.
