Okay, I've scoured (searched like crazy) for a topic similar to this on these forums... I haven't found one, but if there is one I'll feel like an idiot, so let's just hope this is the first.

 

Are there any songs out there which hold a really deep meaning for you? Either they got you through a hard time, they remind you of someone or something important to you, or other?

 

By the way, I don't mean you favourite songs! Just songs that are important to you. Of course, if a song is your favourite because it has a special meaning to you, well... okay then.

I have two songs that are REALLY REALLY special to me. From The Inside out by Seventh Day Slumber..I first heard it at my church camp and it made me start crying at once... And Speaking Louder than before by Jeremy Camp.. i just love that one cause it helps me get through the day.

And The Summer of '69 because I can really relate to it. I wrote a small thing about it on my newest video which uses that song. Basically I'm a very nostalgic person, always thinking about things that happened in the past, which is basically what that song is about.

 

And I love Pieces, and Freedom. ^^

Oh i forgot to say What Faith can Do by Kutless. This one made me think about a lot of stuff of my life and it made me think a lot about my faith for jesus.. it makes me cry everytime i hear this..

Definitely The Invisible Gardener by Bright Eyes. I went through a period last summer (meaning 2008, not 2009) where I just listened to this song over and over again. It was a really great summer for me, and that song became a sort of anthem for it. It just always reminds me of it. :]
