July 14, 201213 yr I feel like it would have to be thought up really well for it to properly work...otherwise yeah I think it would be good but only if they were more humanoid type and not an enemy like the heartless, nobodies, or unversed. Since Light and Darkness are both needed it might be interesting to see how the worlds would be affected if they were close to reaching their goal. Edited July 14, 201213 yr by Nohjx
July 14, 201213 yr What everyone doesn't know is that the next saga is going to be exactly like the Xehanort Saga only Eraqus is going to go around all "OH MAH GUR ITS DA LIGHTZ" and his nobody is going to have an organization that wears...robes. Edited July 14, 201213 yr by Nohjx
July 14, 201213 yr White robes, similar to Xemnas's at the end of KH2. Except these robes won't have black zebra stripes. I agree completley, and before every meeting he has to scream "HAS THE DARKNESS TAKEN YOU ____?!" to each member so they can proove their loyalty.
July 14, 201213 yr Great, now we're gonna have some guy in a mask going around removing Darkness from people's Hearts. And why don't we have Steve Blum provide his voice, just for giggles? Wait.... ^ This The mask boy will just be Ventus. *I JUST got the Korra reference -facepalm- sorry about that Edited July 14, 201213 yr by Nohjx
July 14, 201213 yr Author The mask boy will just be Ventus. *I JUST got the Korra reference -facepalm- sorry about that Before BBS came out in the U.S., I actually thought Blum would voice Terra.
July 14, 201213 yr Before BBS came out in the U.S., I actually thought Blum would voice Terra. I kept thinking that Aqua's voice would be higher pitch like in the jap. version, but I've learned to love Willa's voice.
July 14, 201213 yr Author I kept thinking that Aqua's voice would be higher pitch like in the jap. version, but I've learned to love Willa's voice. I thought she'd be voiced by Kari Wahlgren.
July 15, 201213 yr Only been saying this for the past ten years hahahaahahahahah!!! Nice to know some other people are coming around to the darkness.
July 15, 201213 yr No. Light represents virtue ethics. If enemies are committing crimes severe enough that they must be stopped, then they have virtue ethic, and thus are not Light.
July 15, 201213 yr No. Light represents virtue ethics. If enemies are committing crimes severe enough that they must be stopped, then they have virtue ethic, and thus are not Light. Kingdom Hearts has had themes of 'darkness isn't always bad' and 'light isn't always good'Despite being symbolic, Kingdom Hearts applies the symbolism to its world like a law of physics. We've already seen Eraqus 'blinded' by light, and many characters have come to the understanding that light and darkness are two sides of the same coin. In fact, enemies who use light, who believe too strongly in their virtue/ethics (Unwavering faith, for example, in destroying every bit of darkness, or summin') could make for some interesting enemies.
July 16, 201213 yr tutti frutti. I think somebody else made a thread like this. Though in general I would like to see more of this happen. To me, Eraqus seems to be the first individual to use light in a negative way. I would like to see light based enemies. Or perhaps it could be the "precepts" that Eraqus mentioned in KHBBS. Though this is definitely something that could happen in the series.
July 17, 201213 yr Interesting idea, I would like to see this happen, but like someone said above, I would like it to have more of a humanoid approach.
July 17, 201213 yr I would really like to see this. I believe that there needs to be a balance with darkness and light. Too much of one, even if it's light, is not a good thing.
July 17, 201213 yr Author I would really like to see this. I believe that there needs to be a balance with darkness and light. Too much of one, even if it's light, is not a good thing. Considering that Light always seems to be at a disadvantage in this series, you have to wonder if sooner or later someone will finally snap and try to "correct" that. Also, it would be a self-fulfilling prophecy on Xehanort's part: Ironically, he believed Darkness was at the disadvantage. So he started spreading more around the Worlds, thinking he was balancing things out. Instead, his actions drive someone to retaliate by spreading excessive Light, thinking he/she is doing the Worlds a favor, and bringing about exactly what Xehanort tried to prevent. July 17, 201213 yr i was tthinking that this would be he next bad guy but it would be someone who abuses the light
July 18, 201213 yr Author i was tthinking that this would be he next bad guy but it would be someone who abuses the light Although not quite as evil as Xehanort. More like an anti-villain. Edited July 18, 201213 yr by Alan Smithee
July 18, 201213 yr also roxas can use light and he used it for bad while he was in the ogrinization (even if he didnt realize it)
July 18, 201213 yr Author also roxas can use light and he used it for bad while he was in the ogrinization (even if he didnt realize it) I think everyone here means if Light replaces Darkness as the main threat to the Worlds. Edited July 18, 201213 yr by Alan Smithee
