Let's face it - we've all had those moments when fandom has gotten in the way of what we're trying to do. This thread is for sharing those moments.

The other day I was looking up something in the table of contents of one of my text books. What I wanted to find was on page 20, but then I noticed that the table of contents started on page viii (yes, written like that). So when I flipped to the page I wanted, I went to page 8 instead of page 20.

OKAY SO OH MY GOD I BASICALLY JUST START CRYING TO MY FRIENDS IN SCHOOL BECAUSE MIKE CHILTON IS SO PERFECT AND OH MY GOD IALMOST ACTUALLY CRIED BECAUSE I WAS THINKING OF A SAD FANFIC

A TV SHOW HAS ACTUALLY RUINED MY LIFE

i want action figures

that is my side effect

I was working the drive thru window at work and I looked up at the sky and there was only one cloud, and it was shaped EXACTLY like one of the cracks in the universe from Doctor Who and I had a momentary geek attack and thought I was going to be erased from existence. O_O

KH13 is a drug that I can't let loose of and yet everything I see is a reminder of this site @.@

I am basically almost desperately enough to ask for donations to get a body pillow

Nearly every fandom I get into gives me a side effect.

KH - Wants me to get every game evar and then this site happened. AND THE STOREH AND THE CHARACTERS

Pokèmon - Fangirls for a million years and listions to the music forever.

TWEWY - THE MUSIC IS GR8 AND THE STORY MAKES ME HAVE EMOTIONS AND CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT MAH BABEHS

FF - makes me want to go back to it everytime

WoW - when i leave, i cum back, its a never ending cycle

i can never

get away from a day

without

going into these fandoms

all the music i listen to go around these fandoms D8

and i create fanstories

also every little thing that happens, remind me of these fandoms

THE CRACKS REMIND ME OF DOCTOR WHO

THE EXTERMINATORS THAT KILL BUGS REMIND ME OF THE DALEKS

ROMEN NUMERALS REMIND ME OF THE ORGANIZATION XIII

EVERY ANIMAL AND "pokemon puns" LIKE "IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE" IS FROM POKEMON

TIMER REMINDS ME OF TWEWY

A YELLOW BIRD REMINDS ME OF A CHOCOBO

AND MOREEEE

I remember a time when I went to Tokyo Discount, and there on the shelf was a box of 3 KH figurines. I, literally, pushed my sister to the side so I could hold the box and admire it. $45 bucks. I started crying when my father wouldn't buy it for me, and I even had to use a little blackmail. At the end of the day, I had two new KH shirts, the figurines (still inside the box, I'm too scared to oen it), minie keyblade, and a Death Note movie soundtrack.

Totally worth it c8

Whenever I see the word firetruck, anywhere other than the site, I read it as "fu.ck"(without the period, of course).

Whenever I see Microsoft's E3 Conferences, I laugh.

When you need to look up something, but you end up on kh13 all day instead...#screwfacebook.

I just met a guy named Axel today. I just sat there giggling and smiling at him before he eventually went away. I'm just glad I managed to refrain from saying "Got it memorized?"

Apparently watching a lot of Edd, Ed 'n Eddy forced me to love gravey and monstruous jawbreakers.

One of my friends and I spent two days trying to remember what pelicans were called. What made us think was that she showed me a Silly Band and said, "Look, it's a Pelliper! Oh crap, what's it really called?"

One fall semester, during college, my grades weren't all that hot.

The previous summer was when I got into Kingdom Hearts.
