Hey guys, I've discussed this with most of my friends that have played KH3D over here in Puerto Rico, so now I want to ask you guys. Okay, so, I played KH3D in Proud mode, and when I fought Ansem for the first time in KH3D I was very close to killing him, and I died a few dozen times lol. I was like: "Damn you bastard! I'm gonna get you for this!". My reasonable option was to level up, and so I leveled up to level 45. When I fought him again and defeated him, I was like: "Take that Ansem, you got pwned!" But when I saw that the Guardian thingy transform into a giant form I was like: "Oh hell no! Oh hell no! Oh frickin hell no!" After a few more dozen times, I managed to defeat Ansem. But the real show was when I fought Young Master Xehanort. At first I was like: "Hmm, he seems easy enough to beat, and here I thought he would be just as difficult as in BBS." That's until he mentioned the words TIME STOP! LMAO, I got frickin traumatized and was out of my mind screaming like a wildman. I was like: "Damn you for rewinding me!" But then I defeated him and enjoyed the ending and now Im beating the game again in Critical Mode. So that's my story, lol, the end. So guys, how were the Final Bosses for you?

I played in standard around level 32. I died 2 or 3 times and it was hard . I kinda had no idea what the bosses' command things did since I was focused on ballooning and healing a lot

I wasn't surprised by them, I actually expected the final bosses the way they were. Only Ansem: Featuring the Balls of Darkness was hard, due to his massive amount of HP.

• Ansem's First Form
• Black Coat
• Young Xehanort

WELL first proud playthrough it took twenty eight deaths and eight for yx

On the one hand, I thought Riku's bosses were great. He definitely had to do the legwork at the end of the game.

 

Sora kind of got the shaft in terms of final bosses; Xemnas was kind of expected. But it was better in the long run, since DDD was more of Riku's story anyway.

YX is one of the final bosses?

 

I sure missed a lot.

I'd say the hardest one was Ansem's second form. I had to get Second chance and leaf bracer (sp) to defeat him. Xemnas and the Anti Black Coat I was able to beat by just leveling up. I got YMX on the frist try but got sent back twice. And is it just me or does the ABC look like the org. would wear if Marly had taken over?

I loved the music.

The bosses were pretty cool too. YMX is, of course, awesome!

YMX FTW. Pretty easy compared to BBS, though...

It sort of felt like the game's difficulty was out of proportion. I was able to get through each boss fine, within the first try even, until I got to Young Master Xehanort with Riku. My goodness that fight was tough! I'm embarrassed to admit how many tries it took me. *blush*

WHEN I WAS IN SORA'S DREAM AS RIKU I WAS HOPING YMX WAS THE LAST BOSS.....

 

Then I saw Ventus' Armor get up and all covered in black goop with a Nightmare Symbol on his face.

 

I thought I was fighting Ventus' Sentiment when it turned out to be Sora.....

well I was spoiled on all the bosses except for the Anti-Black Coat so my expression didn't change at all when encountering them.

I didn't really pay attention to the battles that much the first time around cuz i just wanted to know the story and was focussed on bombarding them with baloons and curing myself but the second time I realized that I kinda expected the boss of Sora since, in an old trailer, it showed Sora looking at Xemnas and Riku at Ansem. Riku's surprised me a lot though. It also gave me deja vu from BBS when he killed me repaetedly.

With Xemnas, I thought he was pretty easy. I got him down to about a 4th of a bar of health left, and then I dropped... http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/sleep.png The next time I played as Sora, I actually died with Xemnas having a bar of health left, and then the next time, I destroyed him.

 

I had a tough time with Ansem's first form. His dashing move killed me almost everytime. Once I finally figured out how to get around it, I was fine, and beat him. His second for, though, was really tough, but surprisingly, I did not lose. I think I got lucky, because everytime I was about to die, I had just enough time to cure myself.

 

For Young Xehanort, it took me a lot of trys to beat him, and when I finally did, and I heard "Time Stop!" I was like, "What dah?! NOOO!" When I finally beat him for good, it was a wonderful feeling.

 

For Nightmare Armored Ventus, I actually beat him my first try, and I didn't think he was too hard. I just thought the whole battle, this is such an awesome boss fight.

 

And of course, it wasn't until I fought the Secret Boss, Julius, that I discovered the power of Balloons.

For Ansem SOD it was something along the lines of "not again...!" Lol. It was the only fight I needed two cure spells equipped to beat. Brutal, but quite satisfying to take him down yet again.

Sora's Nightmare - Pretty cool, I just thought it looked badass.

Ansem SoD - Now that I think about it, I totally forgot how it was, I guess that tells a lot about how I felt about it.

Ansem SoD II- it was a pain to beat, seriously.

Xemnas - Fun fight! Not too challenging, not too easy.

Young Master Xehanort - Badass fight and contrary to apparently a lot of people, I really dug the time rewind thing. The BGM for that battle is also badass, probably my favorite song from any OST ever.

Nightmare Armored Ventus - "Cool?" It just came out of nowhere and was underwhelmingly easy. I still like the boss(hadn't it come out of nowhere) and the "arena" is neat.

Corrupted armor ventus was a bit of a let down to me ;w; It didnt feel epic and I wish there was a better attack set he had

I was a bit under-leveled when I first got to the end.

And when leveling up I got Sora a higher level than Riku, but it turned out he only had ONE boss >_>

But Ansem took me forever and when I got to YMX and the Ventus armor nightmare thing I reacted like above throughout both fights.

Flowmotion is a very good tool for running away
