Kiari? any fan of KH would know who kiari is. she is a friend of sora's You don't give someone a keyblade but you can pass on the ability to wield one. This is done through the keyblade inheritance ceremony, when Kiari touched Aqua's keyblade, Aqua unintentionally passed her the power. Yep No Kiari did touch Aqua's keyblade when she hid behind Aqua.
