For $60? No way!That looks like something I can get at Kmart for 13 smackeroonies. It has things like the chain, mickey head, and metal aglets but it's not enough for me to throw down 60 bucks. I can make something like this if I really wanted it. Hell I could probably make something nicer with my neophyte skills. Or just buy a regular hoodie and add the other stuff.

But the hood is way shorter and most like horrible quality compared to your cosplay coat. So the $100 for what you bought is probably worth it.
