Most annoying part of a video game

Posted

Hey there, Kingdom Hearts fans. So yeah what part in a video game do you find to be really annoying and why? And what i mean by this. I mean like going through a part of a game that you find annoying and/or frustrating. Well since I'm currently playing Metal gear Solid 2 the most annoying part of that game for me are those Ciphers. They are very annoying imo because you they can make places a bit tricky to sneak buy ESPECIALLY when there's a guard patrolling in said area. And if they spot you, they will call soldiers to hunt you down (but so far I haven't been caught by one yet).

Tutorials in Nintendo games. Most annoying thing ever. Don't even get me started on Fi or Navi....

Well I'm doing Jak 2 right and bloody hell those frustrating thing is hen you set the KG after you. They just won't stop coming after you until your dead as hell. Or the little part ere if you're helping on of the others and you shot them. I found out early on that when you do they'll shot your ass till your dead or injured pretty good.

Enemies that you can't always damage.

Overdone quicktime events.  It's okay to have some, but there's a limit.

Man, I remember Jak 2. Such good memories of playing that game on PS2. I'll have to pick up the HD version sometime. Anyway, are the KG those police officers that patrol the city or are you talking about something else?

Yep that's them.

No doubt, tutorials in any game that i've already played and remember

Darksiders 2 Earth level >.<

How terrible fanbases for games can be.

i don't mind tutorials THAT much, what really sucks sometimes, is when you start a game over, and then comes THAT FEELING like, "all over again?"

Yeah, watching cutscenes over and over can be annoying... You want to focus on the boss battle, but you can't skip the damn thing. The bright side is that we get to memorize the lines in the game! xD

post game stuff.

I want to be able to finish the game with ease while playing on hardest difficulty.

for example, kingdom hearts series, play on hardest difficulty and you unlock secret ending.

another example is playing bo2 on veteran difficulty and I want to get the best ending, but I couldnt cause I didnt do the strike force missions, but the achievements are worth it.

Luckily I can restart the story and play it again for the true ending.

When ur talking to someone who talks REAL SLOW and u can't skip 'em...............And enemies which u have to attack from behind.

I'm playing the first Borderlands, and loosing money when you die is not the best feeling.

I don't like bosses in turn-based battles that rain down every ailment they possibly can on you, and then take three free turns in a row and kill you off before you can do anything about it.  (Someone might just be able to figure out what game I'm referring to...hehe. ;))

Enemies that can one hit or two hit kill you.

Attacks that enemies use cheap moves that are constantly spammed away.

Backtracking to where you just came from....that right there is what makes me not want to play the game anymore

Hmm worst part..... ughhhhhhhhh ._. the ones where nothing is going on Dx like shitty conversations, parts where you have to walk/run a long way with no action, crappy puzzles owo

God that...

Cheap bosses.

Water levels. Controls always get messed up in those, you can never get anything right... Also, tutorials. Or when you get a new game in a series, and it has all the tutorials from the previous one with no way to skip them. Example: I've been playing Pokemon since Silver version, I honestly don't need to watch how to catch a Pokemon anymore...
