Now that the PS2 is out of production, will you miss it?

Yes of course! I've had many for 10 or 11 years, and I've had a lot of good moments with it. In fact, I'm probably gonna have more now that I'm gonna buy more games for it

 so many great games. I mean I remember when I first got my PS2. I didn't have a memory card so I kept having to start Jak and Daxter from the start but I didn't care because it was so much fun

They're under some contract agreement which means they must keep releasing them on the PS2 until it ends.

I bought a PS2 twice. First time, I bought it to buy Kingdom Hearts after a friend let me play it. After that, I think the disc reader/lens broke So I bought another one for KH2 when it came out. I guess you could say I bought 2 PS2s just for Kingdom Hearts. My favorite console, so happy I still have mine, amazing library and memories.

Uh... unless you have some sort of bizarre schedule where you constantly buy PS2s... why would you miss it, exactly?

Oh, didn't know that. Guess that makes sense then... They'd probably be best off transferring that to PS3 if possible though, PS2's pretty much a dead system now.

They always release them on the PS3. They've done it since they've launched the PS3. It's just because of some contract agreement they must still release it on the PS2 as well.

hmmmm... come to think of it..... GAAAH! I have to go find a PS2 Slim quickly!

I guess I'm going to miss it. I had all my best gaming memories on the PS2. I'm glad I still have mine.

From playing Guitar Hero, FF, and KH, to games like Need for Speed and Nicktoons Unite with my family, I will always love the PS2

I still have my PS2, I still have my KH games. I don't see why I should care that it's out of production when I've no need to buy one. Good console though. Shame they've stopped production anyway.

Kh was the reason I got a ps2, and it is my favorite series but this is the way things happen. The new generation replaces the old, 1.5 will replace Kh1, Kh2, and Kh Re: Com.

Why am I finding out about this just now. :0I mean it was bound to happen sooner or later, but I still have mine so I guess I can still play it :pImo it was one of the best consoles for its time maybe im being biased since its the console that introduced me to KH so I guess r.i. p. the ps2 :0
