Ive never attempted to fight Sephiroth and im replaying KH is he hard Should i fight him or not ?????

He's not that hard if you're leveled up and know what you're doing.

He is difficult to defeat. He should be the last challenge you do in the game. He will make you beyond frustrated though.

Try, it's fun. If you can't manage to beat him, just get more level.

But you should at least try. I played the game a week ago, and thought I couldn't defeat him, but to my surprise, I beat him on my first try.

And if yu want to, get Ultima. it gets insanely easy. As well as some levels, like I said

Also note that he's not like other regular enemies, that you have to press X insanely to win. Study his attacks, how to dodge them, or even block

Then Sephiroth is a good way to practice. I know for sure it'll help up your reflexes (His attacks are pretty fast)

lol Challenge accepted

Yeah, do it. Like the other guys said, you get enough experience to level up once every time you fight him. I level grinded off him, actually. (which really doesn't accomplish anything, because he's the only enemy that it's worth being a high level for anyway)

You know, even Lvl 99 isn't 100% completion, as the first Kingdom Hearts is the only game in the series to allow you to have a maximum level of 100. So you have to level up one more time after 99, or no 100% completion. Which reminds me, will you be able to get a trophy for leveling up to Level 100? They did that with the FFXIII games that you get a trophy for maxing out your characters.

It is a possibility. I personally think they will. It'd be a good trophy and a pretty simple one for them to make at that.

my 7 year old cousin managed to beat him and i couldnt wow

just level up, equip right and all that good stuff

Have a good set of abilities, make sure your at a high enough level, and be sure to have elixirs with you.  From there, it's all smooth sailing.

If all else fails, spam Strike Raid, you get invincibility frames while using it, and you still do damage to him. Its really useful in a pinch.

He's a challenge, you just have to be at a high level to beat him

Haha, of course. It's an easy mistake to make, since it's so simple to get 100% completion before you reach the level cap xD Maybe they will have a trophy for maxing out your character... In which case, it would take ages.... grinding for synthesis materials for Power Ups. Ugh.

KH1's Sephiroth fight is a good medium for determining how skilled you are  player. As has been said before, you can't just spam 'X', you have to adopt a strategy incorporating his pattern of attacks and movements and be able to continuously battle hard for a reasonable period of time without a breather. If you can defeat Sephiroth on standard then you know what you're doing. Defeat him on Proud Mode and you will not only have learned possibly most of the game inside out in the process and developed a great deal of skill, but also deserve a cookie......  ^_^  I still await my cookie..... I EARNED IT FAIR AND SQUARE!
