I find the reaction from people even more baffling tbh. No one is going to take this seriously so there's no reason to get butt hurt over it. It's at the point that what ever accusation PETA makes towards video games is so outlandish it's not even worth minding anymore (if it ever was). This is like giving attention to a petulant child in time out, it defeats the purpose and makes them realize that if they whine enough they'll get attention. It's best just to ignore them.

They care about virutal animals, but what about the many, many virutal human lives, that are sacrificed every day even now? First we have to free our virutal brethren from such a suffering!

AC is evil in it's mindless, inconsiderate slaughter of animals. It poses a threat to our culture, and it must be stopped.

In Kingdom Hearts, Sora, the supposed 'protagonist', uses a duck and a dog to fight. CLEARLY slave labor. It poses a threat to our culture, and it must be stopped.
