Actually I started nicknaming my Pokemon in HeartGold and SoulSilver and then in Black and White I nicknamed almost all my Pokemon.

 

 

My current team in White 2 is

 

 

Megaman X=Lucario

 

Zero=Mewtwo

 

Marilland=Azumarill (I'm a fan of Marriland by the way)

 

Shinryu=Reshiram

 

Raijindrago=Zekrom

 

Groundigator=Krookodile

 

 

I started nicknaming when i replayed Emerald. Bust most of the time im like, 'aint nobody got time fo dat'

I always give my Pokémons nicknames.

Typhlosion - Flame

Gallade - Zack

Garchomp - Chomper

I named a slakoth Xemnas once cuz i got a really stupid image in my head of xemnas in the slaking pose.

Always. If you give your pokemon a name, it feels more like its part of the team, rather than some random thing you picked up in the wild.

Speaking of Dream Eaters

 

I named the bat Dream Eater Zubat(I'm serious)

 

And I named the deer Dream eater Stantler from Gen 2

 

I named a lot of dream eaters after certain Pokemon they look like.

I can't think of names for 600+ (soon to be 700+) different monsters! And it feels kind of unfair to only name some. The only Pokemon I've ever named is Quinton, my Cyndaquil in HG.

I name them funny things.
