im tired of the same old songs. no matter how cool they are, I want a new one for KH3. every numbered title had one and KH3 deserves all the best they can offer because some people are waiting since 6/7 years ago (despite caming a new game almost every year) to play that.

 

Of course it was to be sang by utada-san. She came back for evangelion 3.0 I think its possible.

I don't think there will be a new theme song unless they hire another singer, or if they get lucky and have Utada sing for them again.

I think they used the current songs to much....like WAY too much. Change, change would be good

What I would like is a new song sung by Utada Hikaru, if they can't do that(and probably won't since it's more than unlikely) then as crazy as it sounds I would just want them to recycle Sanctuary or Simple and Clean again. Save a new singer for the next saga~

I like the idea of having new singer for next saga, since its even more harder now to have utada sing for something.

Bleh, I'm sick of Utada. If they MUST use a song from her they they should use Sakura Drops - in my opinion it's one of her best songs, and I don't recall them using it. Have a listen.

I hope Utada realizes that most KH fans would be crushed to hear that she won't be back for KH 3.

I had no clue. I found Utada before Kingdom Hearts so I wasn't aware - it's still a really good song though and I'm sure there could be a nice KH intro with it. She could even give it a total revamp. But honestly I'm just not into her anymore.

I was actually thinking they use this song too, err or actually the original version of this song but idk. Actually they should have used this song for dream drop distance. Haha.

I believe they should hire Jyongri. She has done multiple songs for "The World Ends With You" and her voice fits perfect into the KH series and already has ties with Square Enix.

I think we should keep Mrs. Utada. She has such a wonderful voice, and it wouldn't be KH without her. If she won't sing a new song for KH3, I think they should use an older song, like First Love, or Final Distance, remixes for the beginning just like usual. I like the japanese versions, and I think they should keep it in Japanese for the English release.

I agree it'd be nice if we had a new singer, but I seriously want her to at least finish the saga off with a new one for KH 3 so it sticks with the routine of a new song for every numbered game. It just wouldn't feel right...It'd make more sense if they changed it for the next saga.
