All of my life I've been waiting for this momentous day of "Kingdom Hearts III"... but instead of feeling so happy and excited like I did for BBS, DDD and 1.5 ReMix... I'm just sad...

 

I didn't feel the nostalagia when I saw the trailer... at first I was a bit surprised but at the end... I had no emotion... I LOVE Kingdom Hearts more than any possible game... 

 

People say that KH3 will come out in 2015, and that's the time when I'll be departing for college... I won't have time or money to buy anything. Even my parents laughed at me when I told them that I wanted to bring my PS3 with me... '-'

 

Why do I follow a serie if I'll end up not ending it...?

 

My parents, especially my mom, think that games are a waste of time and that they only harm your Brain and Eyes... but my mother is so WRONG! She yells everytime at me when I'm at the laptop, because she thinks that all I do on a computer is playing games... I do alot more... I surf on the web, make videos, chat with friends, watch videos and movies, reading, listening to music... but no, she only sees the bad games! She once told me "stop playing games" and I said that I didn't play any game that day but she still said something like "but you look at the screen, to get blind"... I'm so sick of hearing that... My parents look so nomrla, but sometiems they aren't. I have friends that are a bit poor than me or anything... but their parents give 'em money per month and I get nothing... lol.

 

Imagine... It takes me almost a year to have a game that is near 50 euros... and I'm neither rich or poor...

 

I dunno... should I really give up on games and play them just when I'm bored and not giving a shot...? Also... no one that I know in real life like Kingdom Hearts or anythign related to it. They find the game childish or confusing...

 

And no, I'm not whining or anything...

Though this may sound harsh, this is pretty much the best idea. College means that you're generally on your own now, and you are now a full-fledged adult. With that, a job can provide some steady income that can help pay for games as long as you set your finances right.

Well...you can finish the series without having to play it. Cut scenes are often uploaded onto youtube so if you can't or don't want to spend money on a KH game you can just watch it.(That's pretty much what i did for...well for every game besides kh2)But if you really want to play it then listen to Megaman and try to get a good job

KH3 is for the PS4 and Xbox One.

You know, I'm almost 21 now and have just finished my second year of college. While you may not have as much time for video games as you might have now or when you were younger, there is certainly no reason to believe college will change everything about video games. I have played every single Kingdom Hearts game to date. If you really enjoy the series, as you said you do, I am sure you will find a way to play it.

How old are you? She doesn't have the right to forcefully tell you how to live your life, parent or not. You are your own person, and if you let ANYONE control that, then you only have yourself to complain to and get upset by.

This.It sounds like you still are under your parents supervision, you are probably under 18 since you're departing to college in 2 years from now.On the other hand most parents (or at least the ones I know) are like that, or at least similar. I know my mom is xDMy mom used to say the same things to me, every single day. I really wouldn't care because is a different generation.My recommendation is the same as megaman. But first get a job, you have plenty of time to save up for money and stuff like that. And yes it is possible.At 13 years old I started saving for my first car having thousands of thousands of mini jobs and then "real" minimum wage jobs xDat 16 I bought my own car, it wasn't super great but it was MINE and my mom couldn't bitch about xDOnce you start growing up and getting your own money your parents opinions regarding your personal choices will be of less importance. Trust me.EDIT:If you didnt got exited for the KH3 trailer I wouldn't  be surpirsed it was a very short trailer that told us NOTHING about what would happen storyline-wise, expect more emotions as more screen shots videos and information is revealed

DUDE. If you're heading off to College in 2015, YOU'RE OFFICIALLY A FULLY FLEDGED ADULT, AND YOUR PARENTS DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY REAL CONTROL OVER YOUR ACTIONS ANYMORE. You can take your PS3 with you, no matter what they say, and get a job. If you get a job, you can support yourself, and get money to buy the things you want and need.

 

BTW, KH3 will be for PS4, not PS3 unfortunately, so you'll have to save up for a PS4 when you get a job.

Very very wrong advice...It's a proven fact that videos and games have absolutely no negative affect on you whatsoever. I pretty much would have slammed the door in my parent's face if they treated me like that for no reason. Unless his grades are slipping or something, which would be understandable, but if he does have good grades, I'd be like "STFU, GET A BRAIN."

its difficult for non gamers to understand, i think its nice that they care this much, many families dont give that kind of support.
