SEGA of Japan has just purchased a new domain. What does that mean? Nothing in itself, but when taking a look at the URL...

It leads to a blank page, of course... for now.
We discovered this through some paperwork that is under the name of SEGA of Japan that has been floating around, which I guess is some sort of sheet they had to fill out in order to buy the domain.. The paper work says nothing about the game, except the paperwork also mentions, in detail, how game programmers, game software, and disks along with cartridges and digital device usage are all included as part of this trademark.

What do you think? Is this paper work real, or fake? Is the next sonic title JUST around the corner?

Nah, not negative. I like them. I mean they do look weird, don't get me wrong, but they stand out from your average Sonic characters.

I see, that's good :], i was just thinking that they get a negative reaction due to their designs.

They look like Koopalings but with that Rayman style. Nintendo's presence is definitely noticeable.

They are very interesting. Definitely a step up from having only one main antagonist that my buddy always faces. I'm curious to see how my buddy Sonic handle these guys.

I like that it's not coming out in 2014. This game looks like a ton of fun. I have to say the game could have looked a bit better though, the deady sixes models look horrible. I'm more excited for the Wii U version

I honestly think the models are pretty cool and unique. I don't have a Wii U so I'm hoping the 3DS version is as good.

The 3ds version is more puzzle oriented and is a side scroller

Sonic huh well maybe it'll get some more fans with this.

The game looks absolutely beautiful,what's with the stupid comments on youtube???

 

They previously complained about why previous Sonic games had the "Boost to win" formula and less platforming

 

But when Sega gives them what they want they still complain about platforming and they want the boost button back??????

 

Did they forgot that Sonic was a platforming game IN THE FREAKIN FIRST PLACE?????Speed is an element in the game not an entire genre,Speed should help the platforming not hinder it like what happened with the daytime stages in Sonic Unleashed.

 

Honestly,look at the Genesis games and tell that any of them were just all about nothing but Speed,the majority of Sonic 2, Sonic 3&Knuckles was platforming where speeds contribute to Sonic's ability to jump from Platform to the other,they had alternate paths that can be explored to lead to a different way of finishing the level,THEY WERE NEVER JUST HOLD DOWN A BUTTON AND WATCH SONIC RUN WITH NO INPUT FROM THE PLAYER

 

The reason Sonic Colors sold more than Generations is because the game pleased more than just the unpleasable Sonic fanbase.

 

It has pleased the fans of the platforming genre,I knew a lot of people who liked Sonic Colors and they were either new to Sonic or even fans of other platformers.

 

Sega should focus on pleasing the fans of Platforming in general,rather than wasting their time and resources on the unpleasable assholes of the Sonic Fanbase who'll eventually kill them in the end

 

I hope that Sonic Lost World will succeed and provide a great platforming experience regardless of what the psycho Sonic Fanbase think
