Here's some fact's, statements, and possible outcomes for 2.5.
BBS:

-All textures will be updated and all conformed into HD-from PSP to PS3 yo!~

-Online compatibilities from the Mirage Arena will be incorporated by using the PSN??
-The Secret Ending will be playable with English Dub!
-Some of the controls might change considering it'll be using the PS3 controls.

KHII:
-Most likely, the new scenes will be English Dubbed.
-Everything is perfect.

KHRE:Coded:
Just sit back, grab some popcorn and enjoy the second movie.

SCE developed a program which made it easy to convert PSP to PS3.

Converting Mirage Arena would take a bit of work for a HD remaster. Square Enix may have chosen to just remove it or keep it as it is.

The new cutscenes in BBSFM and KH2FM will be dubbed since they recorded voice acting for the original release in Japan.

 

And it's not a movie.

I understand the term "HD Cinematic Story Videos" but when it's more than 2 hours(if this one is going to be as long as Days) i'm going to call it a movie yo!~

I agree it will take a bit of work. I'm really excited to see te gameplay to see how they convert from the PSP!

i hope we can play bbs multiplayer on ps3

Maybe they remove Mirage arena?

The only controls I can really see changing in BBS is the camera controls will change from the RL buttons to the right analogue stick.  Otherwise it's pretty much the same and easy to convert.  

 

And new additional scenes exclusive to FM may just be subtitled in English like they did in KH1.5

 

But yano they've most likely been working on this in Japan since 1.5 was released there.  All the NA/AUS/EU SE headquarters just localize the games, they don't really develop them.  So while they were localizing 1.5 for our release SE Japan would have been in the process of making it.

You'd be wrong there. Nomura's been looking for the best online multiplayer for Kingdom Hearts.  As for MA...I hope it's removed. I won't really touch it so it'd be in the way of a quicker release for me.

I'm looking forward to the fight with Vanitas and Ventus where you have to spin with the analog.

It would be so much better in this version.

The ones taht have dialogue will be voiced, the Text ones were ones in the original FM that were just texts it'll be the xeact same here
