A while back, I created a "Kingdom Hearts Confessions" topic, and it got pretty popular, so I thought I'd extend it a bit.
What are your video game confessions?

You can list as many as you want in one post, but please separate them by lines or bullets so we can read them.

• I am more excited for FFXV than I am for KH3
• It took me a long time to realize you had to lock on the cat in KH2
• Sonic the Hedgehog will always be in my life, as I was born into that family
• I actually like Sonic 06 and Shadow the Hedgehog
• I don't like Riku in KH2
• I think that FFVII is overrated, but I still like it

Bulbasaur is my favorite Pokemon.

I never used the square button in KH2 until a playthrough this year.

I finished my first playthrough of Re: CoM on beginner, the only KH game in which I did so.

-I don't care about Shadow the Hedgehog as a character, not even a little.

-Final Fantasy XII is one of my favorite video games of all time.

-I prefer the original Final Fantasy XIII over XIII-2.

1I really began to lost interest in FFXV,7 years of complete silence really didn't help keeping my hype from fading away.

 

2Sonic 06 is my most hated video game of all time

 

3I hope KH3 would end up being a good game.

 

4My favorite non-legendary Pokemon is Lucario

 

5Pokemon and KH are tied as my two favorite video game franchises of all time

 

6I kinda began to worry about the direction of LRFFXIII with all the stupid costumes they keep pusing in the trailers

 

7I'm a fanboy of the Eeveelutions and they're my favorite evolution line in Pokemon

 

8I admit I used to be a fanboy of FFXIII back in 2010 and 2011 until I realized how horrible FFXIII is when I played other RPGs like Xenoblade and Pokemon

 

9I think Squall and Cloud are emos

 

10I can never get into western RPG and I can never like them no matter how hard I try

 

11I hate Capcom with a passion

 

12I hate Silver The Hedgehog and Amy Rose so much

• I like Navi
• I have Zelda dubstep on my phone
• I haven't actually completed a game in ages now.  I keep wanting to 100% first before doing the final boss (and you can generally always tell when you're about to walk into the final boss) and because there's so much grinding and side quests to do I get bored, abandon it, and start up a new one.  KH1FM will probably be the first one I complete in ages cause I've always enjoyed the grinding and all in it.  
• I don't like FPS cause I don't like having to aim.
• I don't like gun games either cause I don't like the distance between me and the enemy (though I have been liking Resonance of Fate).
• I think FF is interesting, but not interesting enough to warrant me getting all the games.
• I forgot the PS1 didn't have analogue sticks
• I don't care for Pokemon. 
• I don't even know what buttons I'm pressing half the time (muscle memory)

I think the Nintendo 64 is one of the worst consoles ever made. 

 

I don't like characters I can relate to.

1.) Swords are the greatest video game weapon. I always chose a character who can weild a sword, like Luke Fon Fabre, Lloyd Irving, etc.

2.) If not, I like characters that can use gauntlets. Never been much of a magic person.

3.) I like Final Fantasy XII.

4.) I don't like Final Fantasy XIII, or any of it's sequels.

It took me six months to beat ansem for the first time

 

I originally hated kingdom hearts

 

I didn't use any abilities in kh1 unless I had to

 

I originally didn't like roxas

 

I'm still waiting for my keyblade to arrive

 

I watched final fantasy advent children before playing the game

 

I never finished dirge of Cerberus

 

I only used counter hammers on terranort in bbs as terra

My Confessions:

~ I think Piplup and Oshawott are underrated.

~ I have only played 4 KH games.

~ I think Dresspheres are one of the best concepts from final fantasy.

~ I hope that either Star Wars, Jungle Book, Treasure Planet, or Monsters Inc. is in KH3.

~ I like Marvel but I'm afraid somehow Disney/ Square Enix could potentially mess it up if it's in KH. (Then again, I haven't seen Avengers 1 or 2 so...(Don't kill me...)

-Kingdom Hearts overall friendship theme is cheesy and annoying

-The 358/2 days movie was like a bad soap opera

-Dreamcast is the best console ever

• I think calling a game "overrated" is, in and of itself, overrated.
• I couldn't get into TWEWY. 
• I don't think FF13 (or XIII-2) is the best Final Fantasy, but it's by no means a bad game.
• I think PC Master Race needs to just stop. If you like your PC so much, play it. Don't rub it in our faces.
• The first time I played Kingdom Hearts, it took me forever to figure out that circle went back in menus, as opposed to triangle. 
• I have an ISO of FF Type-0 on my PSP. I gave up, because I couldn't understand anything in the least.
• I think Final Fantasy 8 had a crappy storyline and solid gameplay. A lot of other people I've met will tell you the opposite.

-I am more excited for FFXV than KH3

-I haven't finished playing/watching anything from 1.5

-First time I played KH I didn't even finish it

-I play Call Of Duty

-I have never finished Oblivion

-I have only played 5 KH games (although I own 6)

-I don't like Sonic the Hedgehog, nor do I care for it. (Please, don't kill me so hard I would die to death!)

-I think Fi is worse than Navi.

And

-I don't care about Sega.

Nearly every game I've ever played is either overrated or underrated by the vast majority of fans. But the one game I absolutely refuse to say is even slighty underrated is Sonic the Hedgehog. (On PS3, anyway. Not sure about 360) It is absolutely ATROCIOUS on that console. This isn't really a confession, though.

 

Sonic Generations is the only good Sonic game to come out in a long time. Everything else has been - at best - mediocre. 

 

I actually like DMC. Okay, the main character sucks, but the gameplay is actually pretty good. If only they'd just sequelized the series instead of rebooting.

 

I want David Hayter back to play Big Boss. Kiefer Sutherland doesn't do it for me.

 

Valve is getting dangerously close to being on my shit list. 

Confessions:

 

* The FF 13 games are my favorite FF titles to date.

* I hold the Earthbound/Mother series as my favorite RPG video game series of all time.

* I think VII is overrated, but i still like it and CC.

* I hate Re:Coded, it's my least fav. KH game, and i wish it hadn't been made so KH3 would come out sooner, since what happened in Re:Coded's story was explained in 3D.

* I like 358/2 Days, but TBH, it wasn't really needed unlike 3D and BBS and i could live with it not have been made if it meant KH3 came out sooner.

* I want a real Mother 4 to be made by Itoi.

* I've never played Crash Bandicoot or Sly.

- I haven't played the original sonic game

- I haven't played Banjo and Kazooie (Is that how you spell it?)

- I got into KH through "Dead Fantasy" by Monty Oum

- I've only played Pokemon Heart Gold, Pearl, White, White 2, and X 

(Most of this is because of age-I'm 13-,I wasn't born when most of the famous franchises started.)

Confessions....

* Nora gives no care for any of the KH Remixes what so ever 

* Nora is more excited for FF15 than KH3 

* Nora talks about FF all the time but truth is she only owns 2 of the games and is only 1/4th of the way done 

* Persona and Devil Survivor series might be over topping KH as Nora's fav game....but it might not. 

* Nora dislikes the Legend of Zelda because she thinks they're too confusing

* Nora has never finished any KH game other than Recoded and KH1

1) I sometimes think i'm this world's version of Kirby, kind of.

2) I feel very weird that I don't dream about pokemon very much anymore even if i kinda want kh dreams more now...o_o;;;

3) Lightning reminded me of riku easily before anyone could tell me they were simular probably not suprizing...

4) I often wish I only liked pokemon again like I did when I was 13. Probably because that year nothing 'dark' about the world would grate on my nerves...

5) I mostly play dress up games to admire the pretty dresses sometimes, really

6) All the violent video games in the world make me feel very sad... ....but i'll admit; maybe they keep people OUT OF TROUBLE irl...

7) I often wished i grew up with kirby games more

8) Video games in genneral. even though i'm starting to be alright with my childhood more, strange and different as it may seem to me (??), now...

9) Sometimes I see Ash Ketchum and Riku as one in the same, in a way. I've even had dreams that sort of combined the 2 as a whole (usually in plushie form...) because I think both of them are so close to my heart. DON'T JUDGE MEH!!! DX lol...

10) I do feel sometimes that I mostly care about kh for riku now, but, I DO like more than just him. Believable or not!

I loved Ravenhearst, but Return To Ravenhearst was a bunch of bullsh*t. 

 

Roxas's hair annoys me. 

 

I found Rydia annoying and whiny in FF 4. 

 

Zack Fair is a goody~twoshoes. 

• I usually listening game music on my phone-there are 400 song/soundtrack
• I still have my old commodore 64,PS1,
• When I was 7 I wanted a N gameboy, when I was 9 I wanted a NDS but I have just sony
• I never finished FF1 FF2 FF7 FF10 and Dragon Quest 8-I stopped before the final battles-I hate grinding
• My top 3 series is the KH, Disgaea and Persona
• I watched all episodes of the Pokémon , Digimon, animes what was show here, but I hated animes until year 16 because one is really creeped me
• I love Prinnyes, I played all Prinny game, but can't beat the FB, and I often draw Prinnyes just randomly
• My top fav series (in just) PS1: SPYRO, CRASH BANDICOOT, and RAYMAN
• I found a secret code in the Prinny 2 game, what nobody knew, and I sended to the IGN, and you can found it with my another username (Angyalkus)
• I sleep with a Pikachu glowing pillow,and behind me with a gigant poké poster, but I never played the Pokémon
• I love the online Club Penguin game, I collect Puffles, Penguin figures, and I have a 4+year old Penguin.
• And TEDDIE/KUMA is my favorite Persona 4 charater!
