I hope your right Roxas really needs to be his own person and have his own game, I personally like him more than Sora.

Yeah, but what kind of story could he have? He has to stay as a part of Sora. And even if he did get his own body, without any of the dilemmas that came from him being a very unique nobody, he might as well be Sora or Ven.

More everybody!!! I'd love to play has everyone again! Especially Roxas! But I don't know if he'll have a playable role in Kingdom Hearts 3. But I'm pretty dang sure he'll have a roll in the game.

Roxas' ending wasn't sad for me only because at the time when I was like 8 I thought he was still in the Mansion and kept trying to go back inside.

I don't think Roxas will have his own body, anyway he will probably appear in some occasions (for example, when Ventus will wake up and will see Sora). But who knows, it's up to Nomura

i know, but it worries me that there won't be a whole new cast of characters like in 1,com, 2, and bbs. The story has kind of been laid out for us with ddd. I want the story to be intriguing like those games, and with all of the same characters from the last games it won't be as good.

So let me get this straight. You haven't play 358/2 Days?

Oh, Roxas had an end, and a little bit of extended closure, and he is one of my favorite characters, but he's nowhere near done being relevant. We all know literally everyone will come back in KH3, probably even people outside of Days Trio+BBS Trio+Namine, like Ansem the Wise and Eraqus and so on. It's KH guys.

 

But the thing is how will he be handled? We're gonna have a clusterfiretruck of good guys running around and knowing KH it's inevitable we'll get even more come next saga, unless the next saga ideally focuses on established characters and giving them proper roles. Sora can't have EVERY battle or else he'll be way too Mary Sue, which brings me back to handling. Sora had a great story (IMO) until KH2 came around. There it felt like a lot of conflict happening to him and his reactions were pretty annoying, then his personality 180'd from whiny to overly happy to suddenly freaking out in KH3D. Know offense to anyone who likes Sora, even I still do to an extent, but in KH3D he just bugged me a lot. All of his conflict was forced and felt so artificial. It was like they realized "Oh no we made all of the other characters have such sad stories we need to make Sora super duper tragic" and then came KH3D. I still like Riku as well, but I also disliked what happened to him in KH3D. I guess you can argue he never had full closure with his battle against darkness, but rehashing that stuff so hardly AGAIN is overkill. Characters can still go through things, develop, and still have room for more development, but I think it was handled badly in KH3D. I just hope that Kingdom Hearts III has everyone being handled well with good conflict and build, including Roxas if he returns. (Sorry for getting off topic there a little)

I want KH3 not that to happy game. He may come back for a while but then he might die.

I also don't see him appearing in the next saga like Ventus. They will leave with their friends.
