Posted September 5, 201411 yr I sure hope so. I really loved being able to transform in KH2. Each had it's own unique ability. Anti Form rocks
September 5, 201411 yr Two Words: Synch Blade. I need nothing more. The answer to your question is: no, he won't.
September 5, 201411 yr Author Two Words: Synch Blade. I need nothing more. The answer to your question is: no, he won't. You sound sure enough considering we have yet to see anything significant of KH3 yet. -_-
September 5, 201411 yr You sound sure enough considering we have yet to see anything significant of KH3 yet. -_- Do you think Nomura ever will give us what we exaclty want? And you asked our opinion. Edited September 5, 201411 yr by SkyKeybladeHero
September 5, 201411 yr I hope not. It should stay a kh2 mechanic. kh3 needs it's own thing to seperate it from previous games.
September 5, 201411 yr Author Do you think Nomura ever will give us what we exaclty want? And you asked our opinion. I know. I never meant any harm, I'm just having a friendly discussion
September 5, 201411 yr I know. I never meant any harm, I'm just having a friendly discussion Sorry, guess I felt frustrated because I wanted them back, too. But I've lost hope. Hopefuly Keyblade Transformation will be a very fun mechaninc.

September 5, 201411 yr You can't confirm that, I'm just asking what you think. That is what I think....
September 5, 201411 yr You can't confirm that, I'm just asking what you think. That is what I think.... I always thought Sora96's opinions were very concrete. So, there you go. No hope. lol
September 5, 201411 yr Author That is what I think.... Lol. Well I'll admit. You've been right before. I still think there's hope though. I always thought Sora96's opinions were very concrete. So, there you go. No hope. lol Well, I guess all we can do is find out.
September 5, 201411 yr No i don't think so. It looks like that weird keyblade transforming into guns thing will replace that.
September 5, 201411 yr Personally, i didnt care for the drive forms in kh2. While they were fun, they felt like they could divide up gameplay at times, and i found myself focusing on building up my drive gauge to save it rather than focusing on the game. Whic isnt nessicarily a problem, i just dont like it. Otherwise, i agree that kh3 should have something unique to get itself to stand out.
September 5, 201411 yr No, the only really cool drive form is Final Form and Limit Form. I prefer the command styles of BBS though. I just prefer the whole BBS battle system.
September 5, 201411 yr Well, not to burst anybody's bubbles, but it's very, very, very unlikely. And, sincerely, I can't see the point in it because that would practically be asking for a Kingdom Hearts II with better graphics.. Kingdom Hearts III must have its own unique mechanics. It's the very last installment of the Xehanort Saga and they can't afford to screw it up by giving us unoriginality. It would be cool if Sora could dual-wield in certain circumstances or in certain Keyblade transformations though, but that's another thing. That way would work, having it back as a full-fledged mechanic definitely wouldn't.
September 5, 201411 yr Honestly, I don't know what everybody else is talking about. I'm pretty sure Drive Forms will come back in some way, they just might not be exactly the same, or some might be removed. Don't expect them to just cut out the entire thing, though. I see it having a smaller role in conjunction with all of the other gameplay elements we'll be getting, like the transform-able Keyblade and Disney theme park ride abilities.

BbS's ability system was very well done as well. Well, not to burst anybody's bubbles, but it's very, very, very unlikely. September 5, 201411 yr I hope not. It should stay a kh2 mechanic. kh3 needs it's own thing to seperate it from previous games. I agree. Drive forms should be exclusive only to KH2. KH is known for melee combat and now with long-range weapons from keyblade to twoshoot blaster and who knows what the possibilities are for available weapons. Keyblade Transformations however would definitely give combat a boost and it will open up fast-paced hack, shoot, and slash.
September 5, 201411 yr mmm maybe not but How about this? Sora could probably have forms with keyblade armors, like a specialized armor for magic or strength, I don't know
September 5, 201411 yr I loved that mechanic, but I don't think it'll be around, nor do I think it should be. Like others have said, KH3 needs its own mechanics. I hope Synch Blade is around in some form though. Edited September 5, 201411 yr by wolfsinner
September 6, 201411 yr I hope so. That was one of the best mechanics in KH in my opinion, although BBS comes in close second. I have a feeling these keyblade transformations won't be nearly as enticing as the dive forms, unless they're gauntlets. Just a feeling
