I know only Xemnas, Xigbar, Axel, Roxas and Xion's names.

My only prediction is that

Larxene: Arlene

Of course one can't be sure of the names that haven't been confirmed yet, but here're my guesses;

 

Demyx - Edym; Because Edym is a kind of a water turtle.

Luxord - Dolur; Because it sounds like "dollar", which would fit him. Iunno. >w>

Marluxia - Lumaria; Because Lumaria is a species of a plant.

Larxene - Elenar; Because Elenar is an ancient lightning goddess.

Xion's original name was No.I, meaning Number One because she was the first clone that Organization XIII created. And Larxene's true name hasn't been confirmed yet. Other then that, you pretty much got it right.
