hum possibly the tome is supposed to be able to give birth to new worlds and 100 Acre Wood could be used as an example for this but i have my doubts if it was the tome wouldnt we see much more within the book then 100 Acre Wood

No Way!!  Try The Storybook From "ONCE UPON A TIME".  Now THAT'S What I Would Call A "Tome Of Prophecy"!!
