What are your thoughts on 2.5? Personally, I felt it was very good. There were a few bugs here and there, but generally it was good. The cut scenes for Re:Coded were terrific. The battle scenes, Text, everything. I would like to hear what you guys personally think. 

I didn't have any problems with the japanese version except the drive form activation loading taking a few seconds.

Don't believe so as i had the same issue.

My thoughts are that I haven't played it yet.

Loved it!

For me, 2.5 was more about BBS than KH2, just because I've played 2 so many times. However, playing the final mix versions of both really brought on the feels. I haven't watched any of Re:Coded yet, but I'm excited and I've heard good things!

It's very nostalgic. I've only recently beat KH2 FM, but it was very fun.

The JP version is not better.

I've barely touched it due to real life ruining me, but so far it's been phenomenal. KH2FM is a glorious as i was hoping and there've been no bugs or issues for me at all, outside of loading times, and they're barely worth complaining about. BBSFM is rather disappointing from the tiny bit I've touched of it, but I didn't really buy 2.5 for that anyway.

I loved it, since I played KH 2 a few years ago, and I was hoping for the Final Mix version to arrive in Europe. I have only one thing to say: LOADING TIME 

I've already played everything except I.5 and II.5 so I can easily admit that II.5 will be an awesome game to play.

I'm really enjoying it; I feel like I was less enamored with the Disney worlds this time around for some reason (the plots felt much shorter) but anything that's directly story-based is really fun. Plus, I'm just loving all of the assorted extras, like the Absent Silhouettes and stuff.

 

Also, the music is tops.

To be fully and literally blunt: Meh.

I don't like the ps3 much, so major loss there right off the bat. 

The HD is good, but BBS looks pretty much the same: I don't see any majorly new graphics, at least not on my tv.

I don't have the patience for the movie, as I didn't for KH 1.5's. 

It's not a bad collection by any means, but it's just okay. 

I'd highly have prefered a new handheld game, honestly.

I've always preferred the second game to the first because I feel the worlds are better developed and more diverse. Plus the addition of the nobodies adds to the depth of the heartless. I'm having trouble deciding if the Organization plot is as strong as the PoH and words being swallowed by darkness plot of the first game but if it's not I can forgive that. 

I'm really glad to be shown that I was wrong in thinking there wasn't enough boss battles with the villains of each world rather than a bunch of giant heartless. The only villain I miss not ever making an appearance is Gaston.

 

I read some last night that 2.5 was a rushed production and that folks are experiencing some significant glitches in gameplay as a result which is sad but the only glitch I have noticed is that when opening some chests it can freeze for a millisecond before revealing the prize. 

 

The only thing I liked better about the first game is not knowing where you are going until you reach it after the gummi ship mission but that's something else I forgive. 

 

So yeah I'm enjoying it and glad to finally own the game, when I played it on the PS2 it was borrowed from a friend who of course asked for it back after I cleared it.
