As much as I loved Chain of Memories, I think one is enough. I want all KH games to stay as unique as possible like they have so far.

Peace!

Um...in case you haven't noticed, Birth by Sleep, Re: Coded, and Dream Drop Distance's gameplay are all based on CoM's gameplay with the deck commands.

A spinoff of kh using chain's gameplay would be fine though i want it to be less linear and offer new worlds

The card system was alright once you got used to it. I'd play another game using it easily.

Personally, i think that it would be hard for new players

I doubt that it will be hard, many people would be against it being slower than kh2, bbs or ddd, i like ddd and bbs but the games lack  variety in all honestly

Rather have a KH game that lets the main character use the flow of time.

HELL NAW!!! I hated that card gameplay in Chain of Memories. I rather have a complete new gameplay in future Kingdom Hearts.

that's... really not the same thing

I think we've already been there and done that well enough by now, I think it's best to try new ideas. I mean, we've got enough cards going on with Chi around anyway.

I know it's not the same thing. But I remember that SE did confirm that BBS' gameplay (as well as Re: Coded and DDD since they both use BBS' gameplay) is inspired and based on KH CoM's gameplay. Hence why the deck commands in both BBS and CoM are a bit similiar.

I loved the card based gameplay Chain Of Memories offered, and I wouldn't mind playing another entry of the series with said gameplay style, but I agree with what Yusei said.  Let's just leave it at Chain Of Memories!  The card gameplay is what made the game so unique!  And remember, Nomura always tries out different things with each entry he and Square Enix create for the series!  And besides, Kingdom Hearts X's gameplay system surrounds cards, so yeah, you've already got another KH game which uses the card battle system! :D

Also, I find it ironic that when I entered this topic, there were 13 replies, lol. xD

There is, it's called Re:Chain of Memories

As it was in COM,I don't think the card gameplay works for KH,so unless its heavily modified, I don't want an other game like COM.

I honestly wouldn't mind. CoM was pretty cool, it made me try to conserve my cards and limit the times I used sleights, gave me an adventure not worth forgetting, even though Sora started to, plus the boss battle to me were as epic as I expected from a KH game. So to play another game based on CoM's gameplay, I'd be open to the idea!!

NOPE! Too much math. xD
