I've always wanted to see if I could find characters with the same voice actors, so here, tell us what characters you KNOW have the same voice actor! It can be any two or, if so, three or more characters with the voice actor that does all their voices.

 

Here's one many of you might not know...

 

Quinton Flynn, the voice actor of AxelLea from Kingdom Hearts, also did Marcus Damon's voice from Digimon Data Squad.

 

Not sure if you want Japanese or English VAs, but here's two off the top of my head:

 

Mamoru Miyano is the voice of Riku, but he also voices Light Yagami from Death Note and Okabe Rintarou from Steins;Gate.

 

Hayden Panettierre who voices Kairi, voice Dot from Bug's Life. She also voiced Xion that one time (!).

 

 

There's a whole host of others, but I'm so lazy to type So many wonderful voice actors out there after all.

Oh cool, I never realized Quinton Flynn was Marcus, that's rad.

 

One of my favorites is David Kaye, who not only voiced Clank from Ratchet & Clank and the Megatron from Beast Wars/Machines (also Armada/Energon/Cybertron), two of my favorite robots from all fiction, but also Recoome from DBZ in a few episodes back in the 90s, along with a couple video games. It's hard to have a more impressive resume than that, I think.

One thing that interests me is the similarities between characters with the same voice actors, Such as their personality, occupation, or their color of choice. Like Axel and Marcus, both are part of some organization or team, both are quite rebellious, and they both prefer the color red.

 

And then there's Raiden, the silver haired pretty boy/super military cyborg who's nothing like either of them.

 

I think it's a lot more common for VAs that get a lot of work to play a lot of different kinds of characters, probably due to how much range they have- other good examples are Phil Lamarr (Hermes from Futurama, Samurai Jack, Vamp from MGS), Tara Strong (Raven from Teen Titans, Paz from Peacewalker, Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls), you already mentioned Roger Craig Smith, etc.

This is not only for KH voice actors, right?

 

I always found it funny that Akira Ishida voices both Kaworu (Neon Genesis Evangelion) and Akise (Mirai Nikki), since those two are just... too similar in so many ways.

 

Spoiler warning for both Mirai Nikki and NGE:

 

-White hair-Red eyes-not completely human-have feelings for the protagonist (though for kaworu it's not that clear and more like speculation. but too many people pretend it's canon anyway)-both die in a similar way (aka. get their heads chopped off)

 

I didn't verify all of them,but I think:

 

-Lelouch(Code Geass),Firion(Dissidia) and Ichigo(Bleach) have the same voice actor,but I don't remember his name

-Kain(Dissidia),Caius and Gaara are voiced by Liam O'brien

-Cloud of Darkness(Dissidia),Lust(Fullmetal alchemist),Cheria(Tales of Graces),Martha(Tales of symphonia 2) and Lucina are voiced by Laura Bailey I believe

-Sasuke,Cecil(Dissidia),Suzaku(Code Geass) and Alucard(In some Castlevania games) are voiced by Yuri Lowenthal I believe

-I remember seeing the Oot adult Link and Seigfried in Soul Calibur 3 have the same voice actors

-Exdeath and M.Bison(Street Fighter IV) have the same voice actor as well

The funny thing is the moment I watched Digimon Data Squad and heard Marcus' voice, I said "Axel, is that you?" In other words I knew it was the same voice actor.Also Quinton voices Sheldon in My Life as a Teenage Robot. Yes a cartoon, but this was my recent discovery while I was looking at the voice actors for the show. Ironic seeing as the character is a nerd and the voice is so different you can't even tell it was voiced by Quinton. Adding on about how Quinton voices both Axel and Marcus and their similarities, the latter's partner is a fire attribute. Also let's not forget the Easter egg Quinton added in Digimon Data Squad:

Just a hunch, but Kari from Digimon has the same voice as some girl from Curious George. I have no clue of her name, but while my little brother was watching, I passed by and heard a familiar voice; she sounded exactly like Kari.

Corey Burton, and Jim Cummings also share voices with characters from past voice actors like for example for Corey Burton he voiced The Ghost Host, and Ludwig Von Drake for Paul Frees, and Ratigan for Vincent Price. Jim Cummings voices Pooh, and Cheshire Cat for Sterling Holloway.
