A new Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ commercial has released today in Japan. The commercial shows a girl wielding the Starlight Keyblade as she appears to be travelling through the 2D version of the Disney worlds, Wonderland, Agrabah and Dwarf Woodlands, as seen in the game. We then see some in game footage that showcases Unchained χ style of gameplay and the commercial ends with the player enjoying the app. You can check out the commercial below:

Ugh first they put out a new trailer for Japan and then this... Just announce the release date for North America and Europe already!!! I don't care when it is. It could even be next December for all I care just tell us when its coming!

*Watches the trailer and a big, goofy smile comes across my face, but then sighs and taps my fingers on the table.*

Wow I'm surprised that they bothered to make a TV commercial for a tablet/server game considering that these kind of games on tablets don't usually get commercials.

I can't watch a show without seeing a stupid clash of clans or age of war commercial.

This makes me curious as to whether the US/International release of the game will get a commercial as well?

Yeah, they did a couple for Mobius, their usually do them for their Dragon Quest mobile games, I think Record Keeper got one.

But it still feels so weord since it feels like they're treating Unchained X like it's a console game or something. Especially since the commercial is live action.

Well tbh, no not that much anymore. But I do know that there are hardly any TV commercials for tablet games such as KHUX.

Not gonna lie... this trailer is pretty dang awesome, and it just has me all the more excited for Unchained now.

 

Also, this is so much better than the Madoka Rebellion trailers that used real people like this. So much better... Those were kind of bad, actually.

 

So major kudos for this, oh wise trailer maker at Square Enix:)

 

In my opinion this is a terrible advert, no good visual effects, and you can see that they didn't invest much time on it, especially computerwise, I think the only thing they took time with was with the keyblade, they show about 2 seconds of the actual game, the name is only seen at the very end in a screen on the corner, and there's a pointless cat (maybe resembling Chirithy, but still pointless, because you don't know that unless you know something about the game's story) at the begining. Just watch it without the music, you'll see, the visuals are terrible, all the hype is made through the music.

 

I'm not saying that you can't like the advert, but I see quite a few flaws in it.

Honestly, I think everyone is gonna really enjoy playing it! I dont live in Japan and I am enjoying this game so much! Hitting raids is awesome, team communication is emphasized and the combat is so fun! There is so much to do in the game and is awesome to kill time

Wow, that trailer looks really nice.

Once Unchained χ finally comes out for smartphones globally and not just Japan, I'll finally have a reason to start playing games on my phone again. Really looking forward to it!

There's something so wonderfully quaint about this advert and I'm definitely loving the production behind it. Ah, just hearing Hikari/Simple and Clean tugs on my heartstrings. 

Yeah, it's pretty great. And I think it's Utada in the commercial.

To those waiting for an English localization of KHUx...this is a small taste of what you're missing...

These mean nothing if this has not released for the rest of the world.
