The music is so nostalgic. It's amazing how cool a 16 bit track (I think it's 16 bit anyways, too fancy to be 8 bit) can be even after a complete HD remake

No kidding. I don't have a DS that is compatible, so I'm pulling out the trusty GBA, my first system some person gave to me. *Sigh* I remember when I didn't even know Kingdom Hearts CoM existed, let alone the KH franchise

Never thought I'd do this..but I'm actually playing KH:CoM again. Wow it's been a long time.

I believe so, as after you complete the big ordeal at Hollow Bastion, you are actually given the choice to start at either Agrabah or Beast's Castle/Land of Dragons, so you could go straight to Halloween Town if you wanted. Not sure, never actually done it.

I haven't gotten around to playing a lot of the FFs, and I've finished even less of them. At the moment, I don't have much of an opinion on FFVII as I haven't finished it before. FFX is my favorite at the moment, probably some sort of bias to the fact that it was the first FF I played

I'm going to take a guess at how Xemnas came to learn of Ven being in the Castle in the first place. (I wouldn't be surprised if this theory was something I read somewhere but forgot about it.) So we all know that Mr. Mansex has been chatting up Aqua's armor right? I think we'd be pretty safe in assuming that lingering spirit of Aqua's armor mentioned something about "another friend" (Ventus) and where he was (A chamber of Castle Oblivion). That's probably how the Organization found the Castle in the first place. Also, as to the reason why the Organization has never found Ventus, you have to remember that Castle Oblivion is basically a maze. As Master Eraqus said it: "From that day forward, all who visit this land will be lost to oblivion, none ever able to solve the mystery. None Aqua, except you." Aqua is the only person who is able to get anywhere in Castle Oblivion, that's why the Organization couldn't find Ventus.

When it came to the random NPC's in Kingdom Hearts, they didn't use a whole lot of character models. In general, I believe there are about 5 different character models that are used for non-important characters. 2 of them are Wakka and Tidus's models (the 'Tidus' model appears in Traverse Town, and the 'Wakka' model appears in Agrabah, but only after you've defeated Jafar and escaped the Cave of Wonders. If you explore around before leaving, you can find him in a stand near the palace gates.). The other 3 are a very large man, a woman, and the man who gets his heart taken by the Heartless. That man also appears as one or two more people. One stands by the gate from the first district to the third. The other takes over the accessory shop once Cid takes up Gummi-ing again. The woman and the guy who appears multiple times in Traverse Town can also be seen in Agrabah under the same circumstances that you can see the other Wakka model. The woman can be seen where Sora first meets Jasmine, and the man can be seen in a booth near the store house.
