The Percy Jackson movie wasn't bad as a movie, could have been better. But it really sucked they didn't stick to the book series.

And there are a certain few movie adaptions that are better than books they're based upon. Like the Chronicles of Narnia. The books, in terms of plot and writing, are not very good at all but I think the movies do pretty well at actually making them something to invest in.

Yes, PJ was sad it didn't stick to the book. As for CoN, I love the books but admit I like the movies a lot better. Especially the new ones.
