    KH13 has a userbase from varying time zones. Many people in KH13 are at school/ work right now. Late at night is when activity shoots through the roof.

    Want to know why all the mods are girls?

    Well when Danne sees that the site needs another mod, he chooses a member based on a few things; whether he can trust the member or not; if the member follows the rules; and if the member gets along well with the other mods (which is the main thing). It's just a coincidence that the people who fit that criteria happened to be girls.
