Well, I'm sorry for any misunderstanding on my part, but you probably could have made your point more clear. You could do without the condescendingly rude remarks as well. We're all friends here. As that old ghetto adage goes "Don't hate the player, hate the game." All haterade aside, I think IVs themselves go against the core essence they try to embody, that every Pokemon is unique. There shouldn't be "Perfect" Pokemon. So, I don't think its fair when they blame the people who RNG abuse for perfect IVs, because that's what the current competitive metagame demands. They should find a way to make them more balanced or overhaul the system altogether.

Basically a process in which you trick the game's Random Number Generator to get what you want in the game like Shinies and certain Pokemon IVs. Its technically not cheating since you're not using an external device to modify your game, but alot of people feel like it takes away the spirit of the game.
