We have never said that you can't have your opinion on this Metal Snake. We are just saying our opinion. If you hate and dislike Final Fantasy VIII, then kool bro- you hate that game. But we are just saying our opinion on this. I'll keep on hating FF XII and you'll keep on hating FF VIII and others will keep on hating that one Final Fantasy that they just can't stand, whatever numbered title it may be. But none of us have ever said to you " No stop, you can't hate that game ". " Hating Final Fantasy VIII means 20 years in prison " !! We understand that you don't like it. In Final Fantasy IV they pray that Cecil and the rest will survive, FF IV also has the whole Kain and Abel Cecil thing, and some of the places in FF III are named after the bible, one of them is where Jospeh and his brothers grew up, and in FF IV you also destory the Tower of Babel, something which God hated. The bible warns you of false gods and that's what Jenova, Sephiroth and Kefka are. Yevon was a false god too and lead everybody astray. Every Sunday School we get warnings to read the bible after lessons, because somebody who may look like he's in the path of light, could be actually be he's in the path of darkness, trying to lead us away from the true God and into Satan. Kefka and Sephiroth are like that, false gods, that lead people into the wrong path or into Satan's path, or in FF X's case death in vain. So, I don't think so. But I think that they made it so subtle that it could be up to debate or you could choose to believe that FF was anti- God or Pro- God. This guy believes in the anti- God path. I think that FF is more pro- choice, wake up and be aware of who you're following, kind of thing.

Cool Story bro. Laguna's backstory was Ellone's attempt to try and change the past, her past. She was unhappy with the past and wanted to change it. She wanted Raine ( Squall's Mother ) to survive and not die when she was giving birth to Squall. She didn't want Laguna to stay in Esthar, she wanted to him to stay with her, Raine and baby Squall. But she realized that what is most important is now. And Ellone is Squall's step-sister and Laguna is Squall's Father, so no. Irvine didn't open his mouth, out of fear that nobody would believe him. If he opened about it, everybody would look at him like he was insane, hence they don't remember. Irvine was NOT fine with assassinating her. He was breaking apart during the parade, and he was crumbling. He didn't want to shoot her at all, but he had too, since she was a danger. Irvine is a hired sniper and it's his job to target down those who are dangerous, which was Edea. Cid and his workers warn you about the threats of using GF's at the beginning of the game. Ultimecia learnt a prophecy [ Think Harry Potter ] that one day a legendary SeeD [ Squall ] will come and kill her, hence she uses Edea and Rinoa during Squall's time, to try and kill all SeeD's before Ultimecia's time. It wasn't obvious, because they had no idea that Ultimecia was using Edea, until Edea became free of her control. ^ Look above. Squall is not a emo. Squall just suffers from trust issues. I told somebody that I didn't like Aerith from Final Fantasy VII one time and her fans just flamed me to the death, just because I didn't like the character that they like. The FF fandom can be harsh, but not all of them are. To be honest I didn't really get too annoyed until you deemed that Squall was " emo " just because he was struggling with the idea of trusting others. You do realize that Final Fantasy XIII has quite alot of fans and lovers right ?? That's fine, but I think that you have misunderstood the game and didn't give it a proper chance, and things like Squall's mental illness went over your head. Also when you insult something that somebody else loves, it's natural for somebody to get emotional. I don't hate or blame the Aerith lovers for getting mad at me, because it just shows how much they love and adore her character. I wasn't happy with you with things like " Zell is dumb Psyduck " but I understand that you wanted to vent about this. The message of FF VIII is to focus on the now, rather than the past, enjoy the now than worry about the future, and enjoy all the friendships that you have now, rather than worry about if they are going to be around tomorrow or not. All the things that I struggle with, so I love FF VIII to death because of that reason.

Not too many fans like Grand Lethal because it isn't similar to blitz ace, omnislash, or lionheart, he origins are similar to Son Goku's, within the party he is the least useful (besides stealing), can't do to attacks even though he sometimes uses two daggers, at one point Vivi, Steiner, and Garnet all outrun , and worst of all he is a pink furry. .sigh. Yes Thievery does. The more you steal in the game, the more powerful Zidane's Thievery gets, to the point of 1 hit killing even powerful bosses. You just didn't use Zidane right. You assumed that Zidane was dumb, judging him, because he was a thief and transformed into a pink monkey and therefore he was "lame " And if you think that Final Fantasy thief's are dumb, you clearly haven't played Final Fantasy VI since Locke Cole is one of the most awesome character's ever, and he's a thief. Also Mugging in Final Fantasy VIII you can steal so many good items and rare items that can help you get weapons like Squall's Lionheart. Stealing does take time, but it's worth it.

I do agree with you that Grand Lethal isn't as "flashy " as Squall, Cloud, or Tidus's Final Limit's and that his origins are like Son Goku's , but he is not the least useful character in the game. Did you even use his Thievery skill at all ? His Trances are also the most powerful. Oh wow... he transforms into a pink monkey so he must be SoooOooo lame. Let me guess, you also think that Sephiroth is the best Final Fantasy villain ever, because he has a " Cool Sword ".
