I found out you can take the spirit out of your party and heal yourself then put it back in and it won't be healed, but you can only open the menu when there are no enemies around so just leave the fight and then go back to it.

Depends on the game in Kh2 I was using offensive hand on hand but in bbs and 3d I used a balance.

Playing khfm and recom for the first tome since they are the only games I haven't played but alas I still don't have a ps3.
