    Yep. No anonymity. If you gave someone rep, whether it was +,-, or neutral, it would show who you were. You would absolutely have to own up to it.

    If you're undecided on how you feel about a person. Or they did something that upset you, but not enough to piss you off, so you'd take your positive rep and replace it with a neutral.
