    i don't haven't see the notification about this O.O anyway from the dress i have deducted it was russia and that behind is seem a man to me.. u.u even hetalia i have to rewatched (only see some episode, more or less when japan join hetalia and germany) is was pretty funny xD counting the image only (without thinking russia and the other as dudes) yes.. i mean, da is a cute picture xD (now i understand your "i'm cute da?" message above the photo)
