    How so? He seems to be making logical decisions. And he's a self made billionaire which means he knows how to help our economy. Why do you think something negative would come of that?

    Monkey D. Luffy vs Rub Lucci....One of the most tense, suspenseful, and epic Anime fights I've ever witnessed.

    Ah yes, Lucci. Definitely one of my favorite villains in One Piece. Although, something else could be said about that fight/stage in Pirate Warriors 3...
