    Hmm, well if it's a supernatural occurrence it would either have been a form of clairvoyance OR your dreams coming to reality. (that's something interesting to ponder) If not it was just an amazing coincidence. Also if you claim she is clairvoyant, maybe you have a connection to her and it caused you to dream that.
