    Now I'm tempted to get a third 3DS... at least the new one's cheap.

    You have 2 3DS's already? What would you use the 3rd one for?

    I've had two, I sold my first one to get a Switch though. I got the second because it was a New 3DS XL as opposed to the original one and I wanted the better version. They just announced a New 2DS XL and it looks really nice and it's cheap, and I've been thinking about getting a new one since my current one has some weird paint damage, so this is just really funny timing.

    I've only been able to get around to playing a couple of levels, but Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment is incredible! Yacht Club really gets retro-style game design better than any other independent studios do.

    Definitely! Heck, I think that Specter Knight is becoming more fun to use than Plague Knight!

    I definitely prefer Specter Knight's playstyle. Not that Plague Knight's wasn't fantastic, but it was nice going back to a melee style, and I love his dash cut and wall jump abilities. I'm really excited to see how King Knight's going to play after finishing this one!

    I finally finished Crash Bandicoot 1. While it was fun, I'm really glad I can move on to Crash 2 now.

    No, but I felt my sanity crash during a lot of levels in the second half of the game. ._.

    Team Kirby Clash Deluxe is kind of disappointing with the dumb mobile F2P model it's using... At least the other one coming out is a full game without these irritating tactics.

    That wasn't the most exciting Direct ever, but it was good overall. Salmon Run looks really fun, the Smash amiibo finally have a release date, and Arms comes out the day before my birthday! Can't wait for a lot of the games they showed.

    @Sabre Outaide of the Zelda series, amiibo scarcity hasn't been an issue in a long time. ._. After a year and a half I'm sure they'll have good stock on all six.

     

    Then again, with all the demand behind Cloud and Bayonetta... It's a good thing I prefer his FFVII design to Advent Children.

    Just got my copy of Rogue One! I went with the Target edition for the bonus disc, and turns out that it looks really great and kind of matches my copy of The Force Awakens, too!

    Honestly kinda not cool at all. My Book of Roses roleplay is about to get lit again and the fact that me and Star control almost all the characters TOGETHER, it is a buzz kill.

    Ugh, The Last Jedi footage was shown at CinemaCon but it's not being released to the public... I really hope this means that we'll get a trailer soon.

    You're sure that you have the right times? When do you try to join in? It's weird that it's giving you that message, maybe you need to delete it and download it again?

    That could be it too. The next one's in about 3 and a half hours, so try again around then if you're able to. Are you using any websites to convert the times to your timezone or something similar to that?

    Class was cancelled today so I was excited to be able to play the Splatoon 2 Global Testfire... but the power was out and I couldn't connect to WiFi. :/ Guess I'll be waiting for the later session.

    Breath of the Wild is absolutely deserving of all the hype it's gotten. I can't imagine a better way to send off the Wii U and kick off the Switch.

    I'm glad that physical copies of Switch games give reward points now, but... 12 points when a digital copy of the same game would be worth 60? I really don't get why it's so much less for physical copies.

    Waiting for the BOTW patch to finish, then it's time to lose myself in Hyrule... for a couple hours since I have class at noon and I should try to be a little responsible. ;_;

    The best part about pre-ordering the Switch/BOTW is that I can just go to the midnight release at midnight and not have to worry about the store running out of stock if I'm in line.
