  1. I think it's a safe bet that Ven will appear in 0.2, and also Ansem the Wise. As for Back Cover, Skuld and the Master will almost definitely have appearances. Like, I think it'd be strange if they didn't have some sort of role in that installment.
  2. Agreed. I don't wanna say you absolutely have to play those games (like, if it's that taxing to you, find a compilation on Youtube or something) but if you want to at least get some sense of understanding of the overarching storyline, as complex as it is, the spin-offs are key. Like, the people who write those titles off as "just spin-offs" will be going into Kingdom Hearts III and having absolutely no idea what's going on.
  3. How long do I think it will be? Probably 1-2 hours. How long do I hope it will be? 2-3 hours would be pretty sweet.
  4. I second this. Jesper Kyd's work in the Assassin's Creed games are really good. Ezio's theme always gets me.
  5. I voted for Keiichi Okabe, because I feel like it'd be very interesting to hear compositions with a bit of Nier flair in a KH game. (Honestly, if you haven't listened to the soundtrack for that game, you should. I haven't even played the game, but the music in that game gives me chills every time.) Motoi Sakuraba would be my second choice, because I may not be familiar with his work on Star Ocean, but I know he composed the soundtrack for Resonance of Fate. And that is some awesome stuff.

Thank you! Wow, I answered this late. X3 Sorry, but I hope you had a Merry Christmas too!
  7. I fail to see how this is a bad thing? We didn't even get any footage from D23 this year, save for that very small, five second clip that recently leaked online. I'm personally pretty excited. (Not overhyped, but excited.)
  8. I wouldn't go as far to say it's almost done, but I'd wager it's pretty far along. Like, maybe about halfway, if that.
  9. I think people are using the word 'pointless' in the place of 'uninteresting.' Because this is a title that seems so radically different from the others in its tone, graphic scheme, and gameplay style. The closest the gameplay resembles is Chain of Memories', and there are a lot of people who found it difficult or enjoyable to play. If this game were made with a combat system that resembled BBS or DDD or Re:Coded, or if it was made on a console, then it might appeal to a larger audience. But this is all just a conjecture. Also considering the story hasn't been completely fleshed out in its connections to the main titles, it's not really hard to see why people are having a hard time finding interest in this particular entry. (I, for one, am only looking forward to it with a passive interest. There are interesting elements, but it's really been kind of a slow burn as far as development has gone, so that's taking its toll.)
  10. Dude, imagine the sheer scale of San Fransokyo as a world. With the graphical scheme and the power of the PS4? It's gonna be freaking beautiful.
  11. For those of you who were at the KH13 stream earlier, I apologize for the technical difficulties that occurred while I was running it.
  12. Don't know. Just have to wait until the US version is close to release.
  13. Think of this as kind of a mobile version of pre-ordering. You don't HAVE to do it, but you have the option to do it. It's just that if you pre-register it, you get the added bonus of "special wallpapers."
  14. It would be cool to see Tidus and Wakka closer to their ages in the original FFX game, should they make an appearance in KH3.
  15. If anything, the things I've heard about the audio drama are what would negate from the hardships of the original FFX. What with Sin returning and such. Also considering the fact that there may not be the same dynamics going into FFX-3, it'd certainly be a challenge to make the storyline work and/or resonate with FFX fans. But then, this is really just my thoughts on the matter. *shrug*
  16. It does, I can definitely agree with that.
  17. People have been making such impressive mods with KH2FM these days. Refightable Sephiroth, KH3 Sora, Teamod... I kinda had an idea for a mod, but I don't have the experience or the skill to attempt making it, but what if somebody maybe made a Master Xehanort boss in the game? (Like maybe replace Hooded Riku's boss model with his and alter his moveset a bit or something.) That'd be pretty cool, wouldn't it?
  18. Definitely a guess. They sourced IMDB. (Not like it isn't a sound guess or anything; there's just no official confirmation.)
  19. I'm not arguing with your point, I'm acknowledging it. And I agree that nothing can compare to the original. I'm just adding my own thoughts to that statement.
  20. Even so, if adaptations of the movies' plots are going to be a thing in Kingdom Hearts III, they could be a little more faithful to their original counterparts. Kingdom Hearts II was kind of a hit-and-miss in that regard. This is everything I've ever wanted. (Well, not everything, but that's pretty damn awesome.)
  21. It'd certainly add to the already-growing list of gameplay options. Given that there's going to be Attraction Flow, Flowmotion, Keyblade transformations, and dynamic uses of magic? Kingdom Hearts III is looking very promising right now. Short answer: I'm game either way. Drive Forms would be welcome, but if they were cut, then I wouldn't be that upset about it. (It would be nice to see more variations of Sora's new outfit, though.)
  22. It's been a while since I've seen Tangled, but after seeing what Square Enix has done with the world makes me kinda want to give the movie a rewatch. The world looks beautiful, it's very wide and very colorful, and the Heartless are just adorable!
