Use their last names counter parts. P3 Hero Anime last name, and P4 Hero Manga last name.

You can give both P3 Hero and P4 Hero your own preferred name in Persona Q. @Soul depends on who you talk about, but Persona 3 MC is famously known as Minato Arisato while his Anime counter part name is Makato Yuki the less popular name.
