  1. Witcher 3, though IMO the combat takes some getting used to. More worthwhile than fallout for a number of reasons, though.
  2. I mean, it has the main story, which has an ending, it's just that's not really the point of the game.
  3. You don't, lol. It's open ended. Stop whenever you feel like it. It took me a couple of tries to get into it since I'm so used to story based games.
  4. So some misconceptions here... it's actually great with a controller, and mods are definitely not needed to enjoy the game, so in that sense the PS3 version is fine. With that being said, the PS3 version is the worst performing. It's tolerable for the most part, so you should be fine with it. However, don't get it if you want a focused game in any sense. It's more about exploration than anything else, the narrative is just kind of there, and it's honestly one of the worst questlines in the game.
  5. Reasons: 1) This footage is leftovers from months ago 2) We're not just going to start off in our new clothes.
  6. I feel like people forget most of that footage was probably taken months ago, left over footage that didn't make it to E3. I don't think we can judge based off that. I'd go 40%, but I'm pretty much pulling that out of my ass. I doubt it's as low as 20% like some people here are saying, but there's no way to say how far they are in development.
  7. The commercials 13 years ago. Being 6, I was more into the disney side. More than anything it interested me because of Halloween Town, because I loved Nightmare Before Christmas. 2 different cousins also owned the game, so I got first hand experience of it. Don't think I owned it until I was 9 or 10 when one of my cousins gave me the game. Didn't beat it until 5th grade, I think.
  8. Anything made by Bethesda, Rockstar, Valve, or Naughty Dog. It's just one big circlejerk for those devs, lets be real. Also, Ocarina of Time.
  9. Borderlands is kinda grindy, and after about 10ish hours I felt I had seen all really worth seeing. It's got a good sense of humor, but It's not really all that fun. If you're gonna get it, find friends that have it first and play with them. Otherwise, don't bother and go with Bloodborne.
  10. Nonlinear. With that said, I prefer games that are more at a middle ground. Games that the focus is still on the main campaign, but I can take a break and do side things occasionally. I kinda don't care for the bethesda style open world where it's so easy to get off-task.
  11. 5ish I think. I never really found him to be that hard, it was always Maleficent's dragon that got me.
  12. 1. The Yaoi shippers 2. Fanfiction, and OC's. So much of this makes me cringe, even if it's done well 3. Yeah, the multiple console stuff complaints. After so many years of hearing it I just can't anymore, especially when it's only going to be 2 consoles when 2.8 comes out. 4. The doom and gloom other people put off when we don't get much information, or when trailers aren't confirmed (hint hint). 5. "We're Sora, Donald, and Goofy." So yeah, it's mostly what other people do that puts me off.
  13. So it's literally the first post in this thread. Well, then it's not confirmed. All he said was that Square never announced anything, so no one should have gotten so hyped and bitter when one hadn't come out. It doesn't mean the trailers won't come out.
  14. I'm looking like everywhere, where did they "confirm," this? All we have is the forum post, which doesn't confirm the trailers not coming out.
  15. Do they, now? Source yourself, then. Why didn't D23 Japan have an embargo? Because what was there to have an embargo for? Why was the D23 Anaheim information released then? I don't know, could be that the nature of that event was different from this, considering this event covered much more, and this event is considered "Premium." It's in the title, dude.
  16. It's disney's event, and disney owns the franchise. I'm pretty sure it's all on disney. Either way, let's not go playing the blame game until the day after D23 is over.
  17. Even if only a few things were actually new, it is supposedly new footage. I'm all up for more gameplay as long as it's different from the E3 one. The 2.8 trailer could be good, though.
  18. It was in a thread regarding KH, so it's not all that strange really
  19. I really don't see your point. Why does it matter where it is? It's not an official statement.
  20. Not sure how it's strange. It's just a comment on one particular website to stop people from getting the wrong idea.
  21. Regardless, how do we know this isn't just a form of crowd control (albeit really shitty crowd control) considering all the hate. The wording is key. He never says there is no trailer, it says they never announced one. Maybe I'm wrong and there is no trailer. If there isn't, fine, I'm wrong. But dammit, people. Don't be negative until D23 is over.
  22. For all we know, this guy wasn't told shit (and yes, he is the community manager, he still may have not been told anything). Calm down guys, we've still got another day till the end of D23. Wait a day after that before the doom and gloom.
  23. It's all in the lighting. Sora and Goofy looked odd at some points in the E3 trailer with their coloration, too. I guess they haven't perfected the lighting yet since we've seen it a lot. The Models are actually pretty good, though. BTW, here's a comparison pic for ya
  24. As far as I know, the only thing not intended to be released to the public was the making-of video they had. Pretty sure some of the people there mentioned that that in particular was exclusive. They said nothing about anything else, so we should get them. Add that to the fact that we got images from both suggests to me that it isn't going to be kept from the public.
