Sora, Donald, Goofy (the heroes) Mickey, Riku, (Aqua) (the masters) Lea, Kairi, (a disney character) (the beginners) These are the storylines I wish for KH3. This would mean we are visiting every Disney World three times. The length of this game would be sick. The Demyx-Somebody could be a nice sidekick for Sora's story, but nothing more. He shouldn't be that important.

A mixture of both. I don't like the notion that she turns good in the end, but it would be interesting to see why she became the person we know now. It would also be interesting to see that Maleficent protects Princess Aurora from Master Xehanort to prevent his plans (7 princesses of light). Of course she's doing it because she somehow likes Aurora but she would never admit it. That makes her likeable like in the movie but she remains the villain we know.

Enchanted Dominion, because Maleficent deserves a backstory as a tragic evil person.

If I remember the chess pieces correctly, there are two Riku pieces. So it might be a possibility. But we have to consider that the chess pieces aren't necessarily all SoD or GoL, just participants in the final battle. So Repliku could be one of them.

Of course KH2 in every aspect. They had the funniest moments together in KH2. I realize how I missed to fight and go to an adventure with Sora, Donald and Goofy. KH3 will better have these cute, little moments and interactions in the group. For example when Goofy was the only one who realized that Mulan is a girl and Donald and Sora were like "Woooot". Goofy was always a brain somehow lmao.

Not necessarily. Eraqus didn't pass his keyblade to Aqua but she is still wielding it. There is no reason for Ephemera to wear a robe because he has no union and everyone, especially the MoM, would recognize him as the 6th apprentice. So he tries to discover the true intentions of the MoM by not being identified as his apprentice. The animal symbol is surely on his keyblade which he also tries to hide.

But we can say which deadly sin Sora and Xehanort may represent? Sora -> Lion (pride) -> Lucifer who falls from heaven (DDD) Xehanort -> Goat / Chimera (lust for knowledge) -> Asmodeus (resembles a chimera) This leads us to the question who the MoM and the 6th apprentice are. Since the MoM behaves a little bit suspicious, he must be the one with the goat keyblade and ultimately the origin of Xehanorts goals. But I highly doubt that the MoM transfered his heart into other vessels to survive. He just died alongside the other keyblade wielders during the battle. When a keyblade wielder dies, his keyblade doesn't dissapear and remain on the same place. We clearly see the goat keyblade without a wielder in the KH3 trailer and it was not in Xehanort's possession and obviously didn't belong to the master of Xehanort and Eraqus. This means that the previous wielder died. The master of Eraqus and Xehanort must be... Skuld (her name means "future" which makes her the link between the past and the present). She is one of the dandelions who survives. After the Keyblade War it is a possibility that she returns to Daybreak Town aka Keyblade Graveyard and finds the goat keyblade. While she was in the Realm of Sleep, many time has passed since the war happened and it would explain why she is still alive by the time Xehanort and Eraqus live. Of course she never experienced the Keyblade War for herself and she told Eraqus (because he resembles Ephemera) everything she knows about the "ancient keyblade war" and the "lost masters", which made Xehanort curious. By the way, how cool is it to have a female keyblade wielder as a master? The 6th apprentice must be Ephemera, who is curious about the book the MoM didn't give him. Which makes sense because he makes me think of Sora and it isn't a coincidence that Nomura drew both almost similar. Both weren't chosen and both follow their heart in freedom. If we consider that we don't necessarily need to play Unchained X or Back Cover to understand KH3, this would mean that the whole story around the conflict of the foretellers delivers just a legitimate reason for Sora to fight against Xehanort, since they have nothing to do with each other but are destined to fight because of their past incarnations (Ephemera and MoM).

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. Ava seems to care for the world and its safety. But the other foretellers are turning step by step against another and she would probably do everything to prevent the war from happening. In fact she is a good person but she betrays the other masters by stealing certain pages from the book of prophecies in order to change destiny. Gula also acts suspicious and afaik his keychain seems to be on the chess board from the KH3 trailer. But that's just speculation.

It's definitely Ava. Nobody would suspect her. She is the traitor, but she is still a good person. She actually cares about the worlds and their inhabitants, while the other foretellers have their own selfish agenda. Ava realized that and turned against the others, which makes her a traitor but nevertheless she is the "main hero" of this story.

I don't know how you could say that after the famous FF7 announcement at PS experience. But this was an obvious troll. They always do it in a subtle way like last year where they talked about KH in general and everyone expected to see a KH3 trailer - but it was just Unchained X. After that they showed the KH3 trailer and you just could see it in Hashimotos eyes that he enjoyed the fans reactions.

It makes sense to give KH 2.8 a worldwide release date because the only new things are a movie and the short Aqua gameplay, so SE fears that they would watch it online instead of buying it.

Yes, but since KH3 won't be presented until winter I hoped for a little teaser. The trailer itself was excellent.
