  6. If you want to make a simple RPG with mostly story elements, I recommend trying out RPG Maker. It's very beginner-friendly, coming from my own experience.
  7. The people who want a fast release are going to be the reason KH3 is unpolished if Square listens. lol
  8. Yes, actually. I was trying to imitate what some people sound like.
  9. Why do people always have to yell 'WHERE'S RELEASE DATE' after Square Enix is nice enough to give us anything on a new KH game?
  10. Cool and all, but where's my emotional scene? Just kidding, but this is interesting. Much improved graphics, which gets me positive about KH3 as well.
  11. The world has truly become a better place now.
  12. I highly doubt Square Enix started development "earlier than we believe." Nomura himself said the game was announced too early since barely anything had been finished. And although FFXV is finished, not everyone has actually moved to development of KH3. Nomura stated it was 20% Tokyo Team, the team that worked on FFXV, so really only a fraction of the team moved to KH3.
  13. The remaster remade the models, so lip-syncing was mediocre at best even for the Japanese version.
  14. You know...I've been reading comments on YouTube videos and opinions on Re:coded. Everyone seems to hate it, but I honestly liked it (at least a lot more than Days). I thought the gameplay was much more solid and enjoyable. And even if the story was weak, the game more than made up for it with the minigames and dungeon-like "breach" sequences. That's why I made this thread: if you hate Re:coded, why? Also, if you like Re:coded, you could say why as well. I'm curious.
  15. He quit KH13. Don't say "definitely" unless you know exactly what's happening in the development team. There's no way to make an accurate estimate with the amount of info we have on the game.
  16. When your amount of likes exactly equals the amount of posts you have...
  17. takemyliketakemyliketakemylike I don't think you understand the context of 'mass production' he was using. Mass production is not easy in any way. Production of worlds is not just, 'oh lets just open up 3d rendering pro--oh, nvm, finished world guys MOVE ON'. It takes time and effort to produce these, especially on a large scale such as this. Don't forget, Nomura speaks Japanese for the most part so there's always the chance that something may be lost or added in translation. If it's completely unaltered, he meant that the production of worlds was now underway and would be the main focus of that stage of development. In no way was he implying it would be quick. The only way it would be quick is if they had a much larger team, and the fact that there is a collaboration between two teams might speed up the process but it's still a very difficult process.
  18. SUPER FIGHTING ROBOT MEGA MAAAAAAAAN FIGHTING TO SAVE THE WORLD
  19. All these people theorizing about the chess game. And here I am, wondering how KH chess even works, rule-wise.
  20. Given that they had just finished the foundation for the game after the announcement of Big Hero 6, I think people are getting their hopes up a bit too much if they think the game is even halfway through completion. 20-30% complete would be my guess, or maybe even smaller. I really don't want them to rush this release, as I'd prefer to see an amazing KH console release and not...whatever Osaka decided on for their games. I need to see a KH3 with non-floaty combos, enemies that actually stagger (DDD's enemies were atrocious in this manner), more character development for characters such as Kairi, normal Sora and not clueless Sora...I know that some of Tokyo Team is helping to create the game, so I'm hoping Osaka isn't entirely the deciding factor. A March 2017 set-in-stone date would be bad for the game, no matter how nice it would be to have a 15th anniversary release. The problem I see is that people are pressuring Square Enix to release KH3 too soon, which in turn will ultimately screw us over in the end with a rushed, unpolished game. We should be looking for a KH3 that's as perfect as possible, not a KH3 that comes as soon as possible. While I'm sure everyone's been waiting a considerable time for the game's release, you have to give the development team time. Development only began in 2013, and even then, complications arose with the engine switch from Luminous to Unreal. I doubt many worlds have been implemented yet, so anything sooner than late 2017 is practically impossible unless you want the game in a Sonic '06 state. All we can do for now is do what Square wants us to do: "Please be excited" and "Please be patient".
