I have to say, I started playing KH3 on my old PS4 when this one arrived for me. While I waited for KH3 to install on it, I legitimately teared up because this rendition was just BEAUTIFUL. KH3 launch day was definitely a day of emotions for me lol

I'll be honest, I HAD considered it! But, we did just get Pokemon Let's Go: Pikachu and Eevee, and while they're not fully true to game remakes, they are still updated for the modern era in many aspects and that's the reason why I decided not to list them

Fun fact: IIRC from an interview in Famitsu or something after the launch of KH2 and the reactions to the Secret Movie, Nomura said that he had planned on the series originally ending then, even though he had more ideas and then due to fan reaction he decided to bring those ideas to life. I could be remembering incorrectly, as it was over a decade ago, but that's what I remember reading It could also have been a thing referring to KH1 as well and I'm just mixing them up! As for my contribution to this thread: I thought that the Nobodies were originally just Ansem style Heartless, not a different type of entity, at least in regards to the Organization that you meet in CoM. I also believed that Axel was the shadiest of all shady characters in the Organization. And while he had his secrets it turned out that he was just an overall well intentioned guy that had to be a bit sneaky with some things but was overall a goof

I would honestly have to go with the following: -Chrono Trigger. This game still ranks in my Top 3 favorite games of ALL time. I would love to get it in a much more detailed capacity rather than just updated sprites. Give us a fully fledged out remake! -Pokemon Colosseum/XD Gale of Darkness. Those games were SO much fun. If they remade them with todays graphics and a new engine I can see them being just as good, if not better than they were back then. -Super Mario 64. Odyssey scratched the itch that I've had since that game and Sunshine but I definitely would love to see how they make that specific game in the modern era. I could also go on for a mile about how I would love an actual, main story style version of KH:358/2 Days and not just the cutscenes and text but I digress...

It’s very possible they’ve started work on the next one. And likely have a team working on DLC in the interim. They got back from vacation and are probably fired up to go. We obviously don’t know if it’s true or not but it’s entirely possible!

There is a chance that it could be true. Nomura did talk about wanting to create a rather LARGE DLC pack for KH3 that is paid for (no specifics on HOW large so it could be anywhere from Final Mix to Expansion Pack) and a few smaller DLC updates that are free. Otherwise no information has been officially confirmed or denied on the side of DLC As for it being run by Tai Yasue... I'd take that with a grain of salt until it's actually somehow confirmed or verified.

On the Epilogue: The secret movie:

For me it was kinda a toss up between Arendelle, Corona and The Caribbean. I LOVED the gameplay in the Caribbean, made me feel like I was doing a mini-sized AC IV: Black Flag playthrough again. But the theme music, the characters, the worlds themselves of Corona and Arendelle just made me SO incredibly happy.

@Fates Chance XIII You'll get there! It isn't a race, so don't feel the need to rush at all I spent a good 50 hours before I cleared the game because I ran around and explored and just enjoyed it. I've put another 10 hours in since then as well ^_^ Take things at your own pace and you can never go wrong with that when it comes to your enjoyment of it.

Its previous incarnation, Anti-Form, was explained as Sora falling into the darkness and becoming a Heartless at the end of KH1, even though it was him intentionally releasing his heart, and then being given his new Drive powers at the start of KH2. This is essentially a variation on that for due to the new way his powers manifest in KH3. This one is a bit more controllable and instead of being random, it's something that he can go into when he's in extreme danger.
