just compare every MoM dialogue to the average KH3 dialogue. It's genuinely going from bad/mid to absolute peak. And it doesn't even end there. It's also the direction of the character in his voiced scenes

KH has absolutely different writers and unfortunately the one who wrote UX and all the MoM dialogue didn't write 3's ending

I don't know what the right word is it almost feels like there was a sudden different main writer after that point. Yeah the character reactions can make sense but it's not characterization Kingdom Hearts has ever expressed interest in having before Like Sora is alone I'm worthless scene or aquas PTSD. Not saying it's a bad or good thing just it's a noticeable shift

But I don't know about sora thinking he has low self worth either. He isn't a character that thinks less of himself or anything, he's just a guy that will do everything to protect others at the cost of himself, which is a very different issue.
