    I get lag a bit too when rendering with Sony Vegas. My problem is I've only two gigs of ram. While having a 64 bit version of Windows 7 Pro.

    Upgrade your ram dude. But rendering is focused more on the cpu. I'm planning to get the msi gt683 since mine is already like 5 years old.

    oooh i know this website that gives you the complete step-by-step for making Sea Salt Ice Cream, me and my mom made it... she put a little too much sea salt but it was still good. we might make some more on my bday, i can give you the website if you want
