    I better find my successor and he/she shall be the one to inherit my KH games and my KH hand book handily written with tips and other trivia with stickers and all my Keyblade necklaces and my action figures and if ever make my own designed keyblade out of wood. He/she will inherit it and give it to the next generation of keyblade gamers.

    Well actually this person is a he, and he is more than a friend to me, he is the greatest thing in my life aside from my cat. He means everything to me, and I like to make him happy, cause there are times when he doesn't feel like he belongs in this world. And he is the biggest KH and Pokemon fan I have ever known! :)

    Hopefully though, while the pass mark is 40% I need 55% overall for all my modules to stay on Computer Games Dev >.< so if I fail, I can't drop down to Computer Science cause I don't have my placement year sorted (I can defer it in Games Dev)

    I have about 43% already from Assessments and midterm tests, so hopefully I managed to get the 14 marks in the exam and just have to worry about my last two (I already planned to repeat my final exam since I just didn't have to time to focus on 3 of them ._. but I don't really wanna have to repeat more than one cause one repeat is £100+)

    That's the way it's always been here, even in secondary school o.o Like our GCSEs, there was people whose (who's?) parents were forking out £130 'cause they had to repeat all off their exams at the end of the first GCSE year. I think the cost for an exam repeat in GCSE though was roughly £10, then for different subjects at A-level it was up to £50 (History for example was more exam based and that cost, than my ICT paper since mine was 60% coursework, so I paid a tenner to re...

    But Uni exams to repeat are so expensive.... Bare minimum is 100 usually

    Interesting. I guess it just works differently here. It doesn't matter if you fail an exam, you can always repeat it here with no extra cost, as long as you want. Of course, if your Uni lasts longer than it should (say, for instance, you are supposed to take exams in 3 years but because of failing some exams over and over, it lasts 4 years), you will pay some an extra tax at the beginning of the new Uni year/half semester.

    Maybe it's cause you's have a higher upfront cost? I don't know the actual figures but was under the impression Uni a year in the US is like $20,000 a year? (in England it's £9K to £12K and here it's £3495 a year)

    It's actually lower here (Italy) seeing your numbers, much lower actually. But even if the upfront cost is lower, the system here lacks of a proper organization, structures, proper tools for the students and so on. I'd say it's quite a mess that penalizes students a lot

    It depends much on the university itself and how much your family makes per year. So if your family doesnt make much, taxes will be lower. As for exact numbers, its never (or at least Ive never heard so) over 1.500€ per year.

    I've had two now, though I'm one of those people who prefers not to think of it, cause if I think it wasn't a complete failure, I start thinking maybe I did great, then I get mediocre results and feel really disappointed ._.'

    Here it's the same, though if your income is lower you can essentially get free money towards it from the government

    Eheheh I feel the same way. I prefer to think that even if I passed it, I did poor so I don't get disappointed in any case.

     

    You don't get free money here from the government, it's a pretty poor management.
